Worst service staff I’ve ever encountered in Japan(no intention to help, cold tone, refuse to take any responsibility), very bad planning resort, leaving their customers to no choice of dinner on an isolated island in the rain. (Despite advertising multiple restaurants and guaranteed fun and relaxation, during check in, the staff said ALL are unavailable. Eating instant noodle for a by right birthday celebration.) No shelter. Inconvenient. Dog poops on the walkway. The so called sea view is like looking at Malaysia industrial site from Senoko area. The “hotel room” is like a huge container block, any tiny sound is enlarged and loud in the whole block. This is the first time I feel like checking out during checking in. If you’re only providing a campsite service, you shouldn’t have called yourself or listed yourself at hotel or resort page.
