It’s not perfect while still under construction But I would still give it a 5/5 The staff are so friendly , the location is quite good, close to the airport.

新的酒店，離楠迪機場不遠，服務非常熱情，有點火、迎賓鼓、還有項鍊送，整體服務意識非常好，尤其餐廳水平非常好，早晚餐都做的很好吃，泳池也很好，值得！推薦！

這個是我住過的全球五星酒店服務最差勁的一家。首先，酒店還是在建狀態，入住當天被分配的房間陽台是對着一片狼籍不堪的工地，任何過來度假的遊客都不會願意入住這樣的房間。其次，前台服務很敷衍，慢慢吞吞，當天要求換房時被告知沒有房間，説好第二天會幫我們安排其他泳池房，但等到第二天我們晚上回酒店時，前台説完全不知情讓我們等了20分鐘後來了個前台經理，一開始還是説沒房間，經過10分鐘交涉後才勉強換了個面對泳池的房間，而且態度也很一般。再次，酒店早餐不好，每天基本都一樣而且種類不豐盛，味道一般。最後，酒店的泳池還不錯，但沙灘完全不行，一小片海灘還衹有黑泥。下次不會再選擇這個酒店了，實在對Crowne Plaza Fiji很失望！

Beautiful resort - currently partially open. Comfy bed, nice room. Affordable spa with amazing massage. Best food we have had in Fiji at the harvest restaurant - breakfast was top notch. Weseroma makes Fiji’s best barista coffee. Stunning pool area - will return once the rest of the resort is finished and no construction noise

We have booked Crowne Plaza Nadi Bay Resort knowing it’s still at phased opening. However based on website or during pre-communications we had, they have not elaborate “phased” opening and we have only witnessed what it looked like once checked in. Long story short hotel Is absolutely not ready to welcome or accommodate guests. Lots of constructions going on 24/7 and amenities at bare minimum. 1. As you walk in first you see is a building construction with scaffolding. 2. Lobby bathrooms are somewhat still under construction and pool bathrooms are not yet ready. 3. Half of the pool is still under construction 4. Beach is not yet even developed and dirty 5. Only one type of rooms are available, although website states otherwise. 6. Spa is being operated inside a room. 7. We had an excursion but the bus driver did not know the location to drop us off past mid night which concerns of our safety. May need signs and directions displayed at junctions for better awareness. 8. Only one restaurant and a bar is available, all other restaurants, pool bar are still under construction. 9. in room amenities are at bare minimum, mini bars are not available. Only positives are the wonderful staff who are tirelessly trying every moment to make it up for the guests. They are very genuine and super friendly at every interaction. Duty Manager Sandrit leading from the front to make it work under the circumstances. He had understood our concerns, offered alternative options, upgraded to a better view and compensated for our spa treatments which shows they are trying to make it work. Restaurant staffs are all lovely, Joji was the best! In conclusion, we believe this resort has a huge potential to become the best Hotel on the island ONCE it completed but as of now it’s no way near that landmark. They need to be absolutely transparent on what’s on offer and honest with their guests who are taking a chance to book the hotel at this point.

This is a new resort and not yet complete - so there are some areas yet to be made available. However it’s going to be amazing when it’s done and what is open is very nice. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms very well appointed. The rolling shower door is made of glass and is very hard to move but the shower is rainwater style and it has a bath. The reception welcome was very genuine and friendly. The pool was wonderful. I’ll definitely come back when the resort it complete.

整體服務非常好，全新的酒店剛開業一周，雖然不是所有的餐廳都營業，但是服務很棒。 早餐為歐陸式自助早餐。班尼迪克蛋不錯。 白天我們去市中心購物，然後向飯店旅遊經理訂購了接機服務。導遊 Vicky（第一天）和 Sam（第二天）都做得很好，不僅從一個點到另一個點接我們，還帶我們參觀城市，並在我們購物時給我們很好的建議。儘管我們遲到了一點，他們還是耐心地等我們。 總的來說，在皇冠假日酒店的住宿，我想說的是，由於並不是所有的餐廳都營業，所以硬體還沒有達到五星級的水平。然而，他們的服務和服務意識我會給他們六顆星。 期待再次光臨。 Brand new hotel just opened for a week , though not all the restaurants are opened, the service is great. Breakfast is continental breakfast with buffet. The egg Benedict is good. During the day we go out to the city centre to do some shopping n ordered the pickup service from the hotel tour managers. The guide Vicky (Day1) and Sam (Day2) both did a great job not just pick us up from point to point but also showing us around the city and give great advice when we r doing our shopping. They waited for us patiently even though we were running a little bit late. Overall the stay in Crowne Plaza I would say the hardware wasn’t up to a 5 stars level yet due to not all the restaurants are opened. However, their service and the sense of servicing I would give a 6 stars to them. Looking forward to visit again.
