"Very poor for what we paid the only great thing about hotel is the location pools and the room was nice other than that good horrible not enough non foreign food so lived on chips n bread, the staff were rude, no afternoon snacks until 3pm then you queue for either a pancake or panini. The drinks were awful so didn’t finish one drink while there and just drank soft drinks. Queues for the bars then you get a miserable bar staff member. The reception hardly smile. Hotel run down and all in all won’t be returning to Tunisia if this is the standard compared to Turkey Egypt or Morroco. Sorry not happy! Plus we didn’t get a cot for the baby, our shower fell apart, tv didn’t work, plug didn’t fit the bath, our hotel room door locked we were locked in our room for 2 hours in morning and reception don’t answer the phones."

"This is a 2 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star hotel. The plumbing often doesn't work. The toilet does not function for several hours each day and there is no running water, so no ability to use the sink or the shower. There is almost no air conditioning. In the 104 degree F temperature of Nabeul, it is like staying inside an oven. I could not sleep. There is no lock on the room door and no safe inside the room. So no way to secure valuables like laptop, cash, passport, etc. The TV did not work properly. And the location is TERRIBLE. Nobeul is dirty and run down. To get anywhere interesting, you must take a taxi 20 minutes each way. In 30+ years of intensive traveling, this has been my single worst hotel experience. "

"Encontrei um BOM Lugar para passar o dia de férias com OS MEUS adolescentes.Nós sentimos que estava EM casa, achámos um BOM trabalho, que estava Muito feliz por ter um convidado e eles nos trataram Como amigos.Nós temos um quarto limpo todos OS dias e o limpador fez o nosso Nós temos o nosso assistente que acolheu todos OS alimentos, ele preparou a nossa mesa e ele costumava levar-nos a beber e o deserto.Apesar de o hotel ser velho, tudo está funcionando ou se você TEM algum problema, eles resolveram rapidamente. O hotel não está aberto à praia, MAS você caminha 3 minutos para o Mar Nas ruas turísticas com muitas lojas e você encontrará muitas guardas de segurança que nos dão boa presença.A areia é Muito branca e suave, Na praia, o hotel TEM UMA praia privada para o convidado e o administrador de praia nos congratulou."
