Primary location, very helpful staff, service is good. Though the food service in the hotel is slow, it's tolerable. Though there was need for plumbing and electrician for plugs, we managed. If the shower has worked, pluggins were there i would have given 5 out of 5. I might suggest others to stay provided meals are offered as they mentioned in the menu instead of out of stock reply.

We stayed there during the last week of December 2023. Location of property is walking distance from the KSRTC bus depot, but in a lane. We had booked a non-AC deluxe room. The room is good and clean; could be little better maintained. Hotel manager and staff were cooperative.

Location - 5/5 food - 3/5 amenities - 3/5 services - 3/5 overall - 3/5 for the price i paid i expected a bigger room, but it was compensated in the cleanliness of the room. The major drawback i had was the rooms were much closer to each other, from early morning 4 o clock the people in the adjacent rooms were shouting on the floor that disturbed our sleep and even after informing this to the front office no measures were taken. I even informed the neighbouring guests directly but it's not use. The property owner must take this issue seriously as guests are mostly visiting mysore for a 1 day stay and if their one night sleep is ruined because of other guests it's a waste of money.

Excellent location, in the heart of the city, with a very good vegetarian restaurant attached. You can have delicious south indian cuisine here. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Very helpful and well mannered staff at reception and room service. Overall had a comfortable and plea-sent experience.

The property is well maintained and clean. The location is a bit difficult to acces but is peaceful. You can park your two wheelers in the space provided at the front of the hotel. I am not sure about cars. My overall experience was good.

He room was average and didn’t meet expectations, especially for the price. It lacked the value i was hoping for, with minimal amenities and outdated decor. While it was clean, it felt basic and didn’t provide the comfort or atmosphere that would make it feel worth the cost. Overall, i wouldn’t recommend it unless there are no other options.
