KKrishna Kumar KBusy streets with many food restaurants nearby.
Hotel entrance roads are in bad conditions but noticed it that all but few had similar conditions.
Located well within places of interest like Mysore Palace and Jagmohan Art Palace.
Rooms were large and spacious though.
Aircon not working at times too.
Bathrooms can be better with piping modifications to provide hot water rather than mix with pails.
Overall a good place to sleep but not much to hang around.

GGuest UserThe best I would say. Stayed here only one day as I was travelling to Ooty and Bangalore. The hotel is just so nice, peaceful. Their staff are well mannered, when we came they served us with welcome drink, thanks to Ranjan. They were so humble. The room was spacious, the bathroom was nice and clean. The buffet was perfect. They had various food and many options and not forgetting the live tea and coffee station. We really enjoyed their hospitality. Very highly recommended. If I come back to Mysore, I’ll definitely stay here again. The best. Thank you Arcor for making my stay a pleasant one. 🙏❤️

NNagarajan L KMe, my wife and kid stayed in this hotel for 2 days. And it was an excellent stay.
The rooms are spacious, neat and come ls with all basic facilities including electric kettle to make hot water, coffee, tea and milk powder.
Also this hotel has a rooftop restaurant which has a beautiful ambience with a swimming pool view from the side. Very different experience. Food is tasty and their service is humble and excellent.
The hotel management, house keeping and the restaurant altogether deserve more than a 5 star as they work hard to make the guest stay peaceful and memorable.
If you are looking for a stay for family and kids then this is the place.

VVIVEK MENONSLocation little far away from city.. They did provide an Early check in upon request... Parking can be little troublesome...but overall hotel amenities were good and staffs were cooperative. I will recommend this to any one with medium budget and needs a decent stay

UUsuário convidadoHotel is well maintained to keep the Mysore Palace look… staff is friendly and attend to visitor needs on priority…. Taste of food is good… play of traditional music gives touch of culture… perfect premium place for stay for Indian families and foreign visitors

บอกว่าวันนี้มีงานแต่งงาน ห้องคงจะเต็มแล้วไปเปลี่ยนยกชั้นให้คนมางานแต่ง เลยไม่เก็บห้องแบบ 2 เตียงไว้ให้เรา ทั้งๆ ที่เราจ่ายเงินมาแล้ว

UUsuário anônimoUnfortunately, the level of this hotel has decreased. The following problems are currently being observed:
- the quality of service suffers, it's trivial to forget to clean your room, which I haven't seen anywhere for a long time.;
- they forget to bring the laundry without a reminder;
Previously, these problems were not observed.
A separate problem, which unfortunately was present before, is breakfast. By the time breakfast is opened, most of the dishes are missing, the omelet tastes poor, there are practically no dishes for Europeans, and those that are quite mediocre. In general, there is not even a choice of vegetables for breakfast, you can take either an omelet, baked beans, boiled eggs, or oatmeal porridge (unfortunately, they cannot cook it properly). Everything else is local food that is interesting to try, but it is problematic to eat it daily, taking into account other eating habits and diet. If you stay for more than two days, then you should think about where to have breakfast. By the way, regarding breakfast, I completely did not understand why such a false sign stands near the restaurant, as you can understand that logically, according to experience, by 10 a.m. the load will be the highest and breakfast will be a separate task, you may not even be able to find a place for yourself

UUsuário convidadoAmenities is satisfactory . Location is average. Price point satisfactory . Spa service is satisfactory. Reception service is not satisfactory. Unpleasant customer service upon check out on 8/11/25 at 9 am. I was standing in queue waiting but the staff ( can’t really recall his name think it’s Sairik ) just ignored me and attended to another guest who came later.
