Caribbean Resort Myrtle Beach

Check in was pretty hectic, but there was a lot of staff to accomodate the checkin crowd. The loading/unloading parking lot is tight with the crowds, but it moves pretty quickly as people are unloading their cars. The parking deck is across from the resort buildings with plenty of parking (tight spaces for SUVs). However, no connecting bridge from deck to building. Booked a 1 bedroom king, oceanfront suite and received actually received a 2 bedroom oceanfront suite. First bedroom had 2 queens, tv, closet. Second bedroom had a king, balcony (door opens) and full bathroom. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway. A full kitchen in the unit, with fullsize fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher. The unit that I received had minimal cookware - one small saucepan, midsize frying pan and one pot. There were plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses/cups. A toaster and regular coffee pot was also in the unit. There was no dish soap provided. Bathrooms were fully stocked with plenty of towels, rags, handtowels. New shower/tub combos was nice. Bar soap, shampoo/conditioner/lotion was provided. There are also hairdryers in both bathrooms. There is a pullout sofa in the living area. Fullsize table with 6 chairs. Smart TVS were in all the rooms. The living area also had a balcony area (connected to the master bed). The balcony had plenty of chairs and small tables for relaxing. Bedding was comfortable with plenty pillows. Pool was heated and hot tub nice.

I will most definitely return for another staycation, at the Caribbean villas (Jamaican). The a**osphere was safe, quiet , and serene. Most definitely affordable. The location was convenient to most, and all forms of grocery stores, shopping center centers, and restaurants.

We visited for a football event. We had two different rooms both in two different towers. One was remodeled but the carpet was very dirty. My kids feet was black. The other room was not updated but did its purpose for the weekend. No complaints about comfort. I booked this hotel for the the very reason of the baby pool area. The water for that section was not heated nor was the mushroom /car wash turned on. We had 3 kids under 3.

I am giving 4 Stars only because April saved my weekend. I paid for a suite oceanfront and we got suite pool side. Thanks to April for taking the time to fix the issues. Overall our stay with the Caribbean Resort was good. This is the reason why we always stay before we look at purchasing a condo. Customer service is always plus plus. If I am renting out one of my properties I want to always make sure my customers are getting great customer service.

We never even got to stay. We waited hours and hours for a phone call to know when our keys would be ready. System was down and they couldn’t make the keys. We came back to see if the system was up again and it wasn’t. They never called us, so we just booked elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I visited for a long weekend getaway to relax. Overall everything was great it was quiet, and peaceful. I did notice the room was a bit dusty and we were locked out of it ur room due to the door battery being dead. The maintenance lady and housekeeping handled that very quickly! We really did appreciate the quick response! The housekeeping staff were very nice and attentive. Also the view was wonderful, I would recommend adding a picture of the (Jamaican building) on the site we had no issues but over heard others complaining about it. We will book again soon.

We love the condo we stayed in n the pools n hot tubs was nice n the front desk people was nice n very helpful will come back again

We’ve stayed there years ago it has gone down hill. Not as clean the pool areas dirty no pool towels. One of the hot tubs had throw up in it very disgusting.
