The unit we stayed in was Handicap accessible, my Dad is paralyzed and uses a wheelchair. The unit was the best we have stayed in. The shower was accessible for his needs and the bed was low so he could transfer easily. The location is coinvent for shopping and attractions. The resort is beautiful with many activities for children and adults to enjoy.

The indoor pool was not working for three days…unacceptable in the winter… pool should have been fixed immediately.

Overall the hotel was clean and well taken care of. This review is mostly positive besides talking about outside certain hotel balconies. Around 5am the geese starting going crazy and they don’t stop. We got woken up then and went to see what was going on. a whole group of them live on the property so just a heads up. Bring ear plugs or a white noise. Also no fans in bedroom is a little different.

Facilities are great. Minutes from all attractions. Staff was helpful and gave great places to visit and food options. Will stay at this location again.

Bed bugs. Sent photos but were basically told they didn’t exist. In room laundry and vacuum so we washed and cleaned to make the stay bearable. Was handicapped room with roll in shower so changing rooms not much of an option for a 3 night stay. Other than this, facilities and room was very nice.

Absolutely gorgeous and an, even in off season, abundance of activities to do. Love the fact they have a heated pool.
