My sister and I stayed at Cappadocia Estates for 4 nights. I am writing this review on trip advisor to shout to the heavens what remarkable hosts the entire team is at Cappadocia Estates. Somehow, our review was lost on *******. 1st: initial contact with the property received a timely and complete response. Then recognizing this establishment had concierge, we corresponded several times with Mr. Yunus Yilmaz. He arranged for a small group tour with a terrific guide service. He also arranged for a private car and driver for us. Each correspondence was complete. Expectations were set . No surprises about who to pay, or how to pay it. Or when. I loved the clarity. 2nd: We requested airport transfer. Mr Yilmaz told us what to look for and we followed his instructions. We were safely delivered at almost 11pm and were greeted by his wonderful reception help, Işmael (apologies for spelling of names if they are incorrect) 3rd: the property is A-MAZ-ING. Rooms are secure and comfortable breakfast and public areas are cultivated, clean and organized. We followed a tour group who checked out before our arrival, yet all felt relaxed and like we were the only guests that mattered. 4th and most important: we felt cared for. There was never a pickup from the hotel, when a member of the staff was not waiting with us to assure we were picked up by the right group or person. There was never a drop off at the hotel that we were not met by a member of the staff. - this matters! We were on a small tour in which a member of the tour was allowed to board the van of the wrong tour group! The tour operator Mr. Yilmaz of Cappadocia Estates uses (Andromeda tours) was able to fix the error of this OTHER hotel. The superiority of Cappadocia Estates is that much! It trickles down. I probably have gone on way too long, but I need to also mention the breakfast. The Chef is clearly a professionally trained, skilled , creative and talented person. How can this be for simply breakfast? Because in Turkey, breakfast is not simple! Each compote, jam and honey is clearly made with care. We were three days for breakfast and never was a condiment repeated. Astonishing. Finally, the location away from the intense tourism’s center of Göreme or Urgüp was a welcome break. The village of Mustafapaşa has all you need for comfort and walks without the noise and hustle of some other Cappadocia villages or towns. A Taxi from Göreme at the time of our visit was the equivalent of about $15. Shout out to Mr. & Mrs. Yilmaz for such a remarkable experience. I am grateful to have met them both as well as some of the staff: Ishmael and Serkan, and the individuals who Mr Yilmaz recommended to make for a remarkable stay.
