Loved the hotel and the people. We had a peaceful and restful stay. The hamam, sauna and the pool were a nice addition to the authentic rooms. The restaurant serves delicious local dishes. The breakfast was rich and delicious. A lot of delicious jams, cheeses, tea and coffee, gözleme, eggs, and more.

It was amazing to check into Seraphim , the best hotel we have been in on our tour. Beautiful to look at, spacious rooms, the whole property was amazing. All staff were so polite and friendly. Impossible to fault , we were sad to leave after 2 nights.

The hotel is fantastic, every little detail is carefully arranged, the staff is amazing, the food is really good, the breakfast is a full experience and the infrastructure is like taken from a movie. On top of everything, they have the sweetest dog. I would love to repeat this experience many times.

I had a wonderful stay during my recent visit to Cappadocia. The hotel suite was luxurious and spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The Turkish breakfast was excellent, as was the wait staff. Kudos to Fatima for lining up my airport pickup, balloon ride, and horseback riding. I give this hotel the very highest marks for service and quality, and would certainly stay here again during my next visit.

Our only complaint: We could only stay one night! Who knew that lodging in a cave could be so decadent? From the unique, beautiful, comfortable, clean, and well appointed accommodation to the spectacular breakfast that was as visually stunning as it was tasty, to the genuinely welcoming and responsive staff, Seraphim Cave gets 5 stars from us.

Seraphim Cave was the perfect hotel for my family’s trip to Cappadocia. It's in a lovely village central to the whole area. We spent four wonderful nights in a king suite and a deluxe room. The accommodations are spectacular, very comfortable, and clean. Breakfasts too are so special, as you can see from photos posted by other guests. Murat's warm and generous service was a joy each morning. We also enjoyed new year's eve dinner and another dinner at the restaurant - the food is wonderful and thoughtfully prepared by chefs in an open kitchen. The indoor swimming pool, hammam, and sauna are a dream. Above all else, the staff are very welcoming and hospitable. Selczuk, Mustafa, and the front office manager Fatima went above and beyond in making us feel at home and giving us great suggestions. Even before we arrived, they arranged a wonderful hot air balloon ride, photographer for a special flying dress and balloon photo shoot, and a rental car that was delivered to/from the hotel. Ask them for their suggestions and do what they say. They will lead you to the best! Stay here - you'll be so happy you did!

Every aspect of our stay at Seraphim Cave was a 10/10! The hotel itself is magnificent — beautiful, spotless rooms and stunning common spaces with lush landscaping and peaceful ambience. Fatima, Servet, Gabil, and Mustafa provided everything to make our stay comfortable, even working with us before we arrived to help arrange our activities (special thanks to Fatima for this!). The hamam services were also spectacular; I don't think I have ever been more relaxed in my life! The food was incredible. The included Turkish breakfast was the best we had on our whole trip. The local wines and liquers were delightful, and dinner featured beautifully plated dishes that were both elevated and down-to-earth (the erişte reminded me of my mother's cooking). The dining experience itself was phenomenal — Murat and Sedat manage the on-site restaurant Tasula with warmth, grace, and professionalism. We happened to visit when the owner himself was staying with his family, and he not only sent us wine and lamb kabobs (which were fantastic), but also came over to introduce himself to us personally. Don’t be deterred by Seraphim’s location outside the tourist hubs of Göreme and Ürgüp. In fact, if you’re looking for authentic Turkish hospitality and a serene escape away from the crowds while you explore Cappadocia, this is the perfect spot.

We stayed at Seraphim Cave Hotel in Cappadocia. It's a special hotel where your rooms are literally carved in a rock hill. The beds were very comfortable, the hotel offers an indoor swimming pool with Turkish Haman (bath) and a nice outdoor space for relaxing as well as a great restaurant. The prices were reasonable and staff were very attentive. Definitely recommend this place l!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seraphim cave hotel in Capadocia, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service provided by the staff. The manager went above and beyond to ensure that my accommodations were comfortable and that my stay was enjoyable. The hotel itself is situated in a quiet, peaceful location, which made for a truly relaxing experience. The surroundings are serene and calming, making it an ideal place for anyone looking to escape. The rooms were spacious , The bed was comfortable, and the linens were of excellent quality, ensuring a good night's sleep. What stood out most, however, was the excellent service provided by the staff. They were attentive, courteous, and genuinely interested in ensuring that my stay was memorable. From the restaurant to the housekeeping staff, everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable.
