Extremely long check in time, room had broken tile and broken wall plaster in the bath room. Carpet in hallway torn at the seam, potential tripping hazard. Room rate too high for condition of property.

The location was close to 2 places I needed to be at so that is why I chose Fairfield. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice.

Could of been been better if the elevator didn’t get stuck and had to use stairs all night… tub wasn’t clean at all but the best staff there is Sarah from front desk she rocked absolutely amazing

The hotel was clean and comfortable. There were many restaurants nearby. Beware of the additional parking fee added to the charge. It was just a plain parking lot so I think it's just one of those hidden charges.

I made a reservation for a King with sofa bed and when I checked in the reservation they had on file was for two double beds. There were no King with sofa rooms available so after I returned to the desk, they discounted the room to reflect the price of the 2 doubles. In addition, the elevator was not working. However, the breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean.

Gentleman cleaning in the lobby was very nice and had seen me walking outdoors. He took the time to let me know about a one mile hiking trail around the property. So nice of him.

Location was convenient for our travel. Too bad it was foggy and raining. Restaurant suggested by staff had a good water view and good pizza.

No staff at front desk upon arrival nor at just about any other time that I was in the lobby area. Was told room was not clean upon check in and then the room reserved was not available. Was put into one bed room for three adults. Then moved to two double bed small room. Next morning I went to lobby and thankful there was at that time a lady at the desk who was able to get me into a room like I had made reservation for other than tub accessible. I was very thankful for that lady. Sad I didn’t get her name.
Card keys were not working. Had to get remade three times to finally get one to work. Breakfast items were not replenished very well. Very disappointing stay.
