The Platinum Hotel

There is lack of car parking. The backside entrance is locked most of the time. I have faced some issues with checking in, WiFi (no internet access), and not working room’s phone. Rooms are little bit small and not good for family. Walls are little bit dirty and need to be painted.

Thank you, thank you for the lovely stay and your wonderful reception.

Worst worst worst worst ever hotel accomplished no words to say

Good family friendly hotel in muscat.

The reception staff provided excellent service and assisted guests checking in early. The housekeeping staff checked in daily regarding cleaning. The location is surrounded by restaurants. Overall, it's a very good and clean place to stay.

We indeed appreciate the hotel it's very accommodate it's worth to recommend

The Pakistanis receptioinist and bell boy are friendly and helpful. The bell boy even knows some commons words of Indonesia language (bahasa), because he ever worked in Jakarta and visited Bali. The location is very good in Al-Khuwair with many shops and restaurants around it. It is also very closed to the Bus Stop to the Airport and very easy to find taxi.

The room isn’t really maintained all that well unfortunately. The staff are alright but it’s extremely dated and needs a renovation

I've actually been staying at this hotel for a week now. It's been good, but today the cleaning staff might have been tired, I'm not sure, but they didn't clean well. They rushed through it. My things in the bathroom were supposed to be neatly arranged, but some items were knocked over and scattered. I think they might need to practice making the bed properly. I'm not a picky person and I don't ask them to clean every day, but I think it should have been cleaner and more organized. And the woman at reception should smile more. 😂
