Levatio Suites Muscat, a member of Radisson Individuals

Perfect place to stay . very spacious apartment . staff at reception were very helpful

Its was perfect and the price was suitable Thanks for your support

Property is in need of refurbishment. Microwave not working, washing machine dryer not working, ants at dining table wall (which is fixed to wall, cant remove), shower head falling. While staff service is good, the apartments are in need for updates.

Awful hotel. Room tiles on balcony are broken. The washing machine was leaking. The request for bathroom towels never arrived so after chasing them and the iron no help. Rang for a manager, didn't turn up. Swimming pool is freezing cold. Unheated. Associated accommodation radisson panorama also cold pool. Jacquzzi is equally cold and unusable. Very poor

The hotel is well-located and the room was clean. We booked a studio apartment, which was spacious and fully equipped for cooking, if needed. It's a great option for both families and couples, offering good value for money. Since it's located within Panorama Mall, dining is convenient and hassle-free. While the mall offers limited shopping options, it does have a well-stocked hypermarket, so there's no need to go out for essentials.

The apartment suites are basic, the furnitureis ancient, photos are much deceiving. There was a constant smell in the upper floors especially on our 4th floor, stinky fish smell as soon as you stepped out of the lift. On the last 2 days of our stay only one lift was operational and the 2nd was stationed on 5th floor. The pool is basic and with heat, kids pool needs partial shade.

All good like always. Very kind and helpful staff.

Very nice place

Extended my stay here for another week due to service, great location and staff. Location is in between to Oman mall and Avenue mall, if using Otaxi make sure you set your location to Panorama mall as setting it to hotel will only show premium cars
