Recentemente fiquei no Plaza de Muscat e tive UMA experiência realmente fantástica.Desde o momento EM que cheguei, o pessoal FOI acima e para além para garantir UMA estadia confortável e relaxante. Uma menção especial é Gowtham do serviço de quarto – ele é incrivelmente cortês, rápido e atente a todos OS detalhes. O profissionalismo e a atitude quente dele realmente fizeram diferença Durante a minha estadia.No restaurante do hotel, EU estava impressionado com o serviço.No pequeno-almoço, Bhavesh e Kunal estavam com a sua amizade, eficiência e hospitalidade genuína. Eles fizeram com que todos OS alimentos se sentissem especial com SUA atenção e recomendações úteis.Queríamos tentar restaurantes, MAS não tivemos tempo.  O hotel é bonito em um lugar maravilhoso – com vistas incríveis, quartos limpos e espaçosos e excelentes acomodações, mas é realmente as pessoas como Gowtham, Bhavesh e Kunal e outros funcionários que fazem a Crowne Plaza Muscat um lugar memorável para ficar. The W Hotel Muscat exceeded all expectations. From the elegant decor and stunning sea views to the impeccable service, every detail was perfect. The room was luxurious, the dining exquisite, and the spa a true sanctuary. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend

Very nice place to stay in, located in the center of Muscat and 20 minutes by car from the airport. We stayed in an executive suite, which is more than 70m2, with terrace. It was great. You have also a swimming pool on the last floor where you can swim and enjoy the view of Muscat

Very good service. I asked for an early check in at 8 AM and was responded in a very proactive way. It was such a relief after a long flight. The service at breakfast was great. The staff even prepared me a fresh made Chinese noodles.

Hotel decente, os quartos eram grandes para nada, decoração muito barata e simples, o interior do quarto com piso de mármore falso não condizia com o preço do hotel ou do lobby do andar de baixo, pelo preço do hotel todas as comodidades e o frigobar eram pagos, o preço do café da manhã também não valia o dinheiro, a penteadeira era uma piada, tomadas inutilizáveis ​​na penteadeira, enorme canteiro de obras do lado de fora do hotel, a única atração eram os restaurantes 5 estrelas no local, mantenha suas carteiras cheias 😉

Such a lovely experience! The team went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. the only problem is the airport pick up is not ready and reception are really not helpful at all.

The hotel offers clean and well-maintained rooms with daily housekeeping. Its location is convenient, being close to markets and restaurants. Breakfast is varied, though the coffee could be improved. The front desk staff are friendly and provide quick service. Wi-Fi is strong in the lobby but only average in the rooms. Parking is limited, but overall, the price is reasonable for the service provided.

How can I put it… I initially came to this hotel for 4 nights, and then I had planned to stay at other hotels. However, I had to cancel twice on site, at hotels that were supposedly higher rated and with more stars, because the value for money was not worth it. So I returned to the Platinium Hotel, where I ultimately stayed for two weeks, and which is really very well located. The hotel is on a street overlooking Souq Al Khuwair and Maha Street, where many restaurants can be found. The beach is a 15-minute walk, the Grand Mall and Avenue Mall are 25 minutes on foot, and the Grand Mosque is 45 minutes away by walking. We did everything on foot. Additionally, Muttrah Souq and Qurum are only 15 minutes away by taxi. Thanks to this ideal location, we ultimately didn’t rent a car. But the main reason we came back to this hotel is that we couldn’t find that same family-like, warm welcome anywhere else. The staff is incredibly attentive. Even though the breakfast isn’t very varied, we really appreciated the service. In particular, the breakfast staff: Rajkumar and Schola, who impressed us greatly with their professionalism and attention to detail, as well as others whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch. They were exceptional, attentive, and always smiling. I will definitely come back here and recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues. Thank you for being there for us!

My overall experience at Muscat Plaza Hotel was somewhat good. Unfortunately, they lacked many things. For example, the room wasn't fully prepared, and I had to ask for toothpaste, slippers, and a toothbrush. Additionally, the gym lacked many tools. They only had a treadmill, which is not what I consider a gym. It also closed too early at 9:00 PM. I was only satisfied with the reception assistance and support
