Poor conditions (pillow, mattress, shower, etc.) Breakfast was inadequate compared to Home2 stays in other cities.

First room I got to had not been cleaned from the previous stay. Check in is 3, I got here at 5. Super easy to hear your neighbor. Not the cleanest Home2Suite I’ve been to. Friendly staff.

We live 3 hours from Murray and came "to the city" to see a dinner show for my birthday. We didnt want to travel home on snowy roads so we booked a room here because it was within walking distance of tge playhouse. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is 10 or so years old and showing the signs of serving thousands of people. The bed was very comfortable and rhe room was clean. Wish there had been a fan in the bathroom. Overall, we would stay again.

The pool was not ready til almost 11 on a Saturday. Get the chemicals in sooner. It’s a weekend. Also not enough blankets in the room. And there was a weird random wake up call ring at 7 on Saturday?

Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. It was very quiet for being at a busy intersection. My only complaint is that breakfast was posted at 6, which was great because I had somewhere to be. However it wasn’t until 6:20 that they started dragging stuff out. Had to grab what I could on the fly

The location was convenient for our needs. There are plenty of eateries within a short distance. The room was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We were on the fourth floor which made our stay very quiet and relaxing! Only real negative - Elevator walls and floor remained dirty throughout our stay.

The hotel requires a damage deposit (which should have been our first red flag). When we walked in the room, I felt compelled to take photos of the damage to the room before we unpacked for extra assurance (toilet was stuck and running, broken garbage can, broken thermostat, holes in the walls, chips to the tile).
The front desk staff didn’t tell us that maid service was every other day. Although, we requested a light clean and towel replacement and they ignored our request.
The location is basic- nothing to see or do around the hotel.
The room size is great and I loved the kitchenette concept for our extended stay, however it didn’t meet my expectations.
