Jackson Motel

Clean rooms, well maintained property, excellent customer service and the parking lot was not only well lit, but plenty of camera coverage!

I had to change my room when I got there. My room had a tub full of water that wasn’t draining out. The tub wouldn’t stop running. None of the lights worked. I went back to the office and requested another room. I got another room after arguing with the front desk. I will not stay there anymore.

Hotel is newly renovated and in good condition. Dining is available within walking distance. The only thing we encountered was the lack of heat in the room.

When I pulled up to the property people were outside hanging out. The lady behind the desk didn’t know what she was doing. She had to call someone to help her. I went to my room and saw a roach crawling out of the bathtub. I went and told the desk. The girl gave me another room. My second room. The sheets had a big yellow stain on one side of the bed and looked like grease stains. Also the sheet had a big rip on them. There was not padlock on the door. Just the one on the doorknob. I didn’t feel safe and put a chair in front of the door. I will never stay here again!

I booked two rooms for my family and I on our long drive from FL to IL, and this motel looked perfect since it was so close to I-24 and some good dining options. However, the photos in the listing really make the rooms look a lot nicer than they are. My kids white socks were gray from all the dirt on the floor, and there were a lot of gaps around the doors that led outside. Overall, it worked for a quick overnighter on the road, but it didn't feel worth $100 per room.

This hotel has roaches and management would do nothing about it!!! I begged for a discount or a refund and I didn't serviced properly!!! This place is a disgrace. I spoke to one of the associates the previous day and he stated that when I check out the following day which is today he told me that I would get a discount for the bugs in my room in which they are now in my property and I have to take them home!!!! Totally bad service here at Jackson Motel and I wouldn't recommend this place to no one whatsoever.
