TOP Hotel in perfekter Lage. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit Blick auf
den See. Personal super freundlich. Bei der zweiten Buchung gab es einen Obstteller als Willkommensgeschenk.

We have a few days vacation with friends here. And it was really FANTASTIC! First we have a surprised check in and the receptionist Gian make for us everything very professional . Then restaurant service is astonishing. And the rest is BREAKFAST it’s really something as well view is amazing and the price is quite accessible. So for me PALMA LOCARNO is one of the best.

This is an excellent professionally-managed hotel, clean, bright, well-decorated in a quiet stretch of lakefront. The view of the lake is stunning and well worth the cost. (The view from the back of the building is less appealing.) Excellent breakfast and good home-made pasta in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice setting, wonderful sauna, breakfast good. Had dinner sadly does not live up to ones expectation, frozen prawns in home made pasta. Think you are paying for the location not the dishes we had. Will stay again and be more selective with our dinner choice

Fantastic location, straight on the lake with unbeatable views from the lounge terrace and balcony. Superb breakfast buffet. But most of all, the kindest and most helpful staff who really set this hotel apart. Really a great experience. Book you will not regret

Excellent - the best half board menu I’ve ever seen, fantastic location, quiet, and relaxing. The staff were attentive and friendly and open to helping with any questions. The 15 min massage was wonderful -just didn’t get time to book a longer one!

I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest appreciation for the outstanding experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was with the exceptional level of service provided by your staff.
The reception staff were absolutely phenomenal, going above and beyond to ensure that my check-in was seamless and stress-free. Their welcoming demeanour and willingness to assist with any and all inquiries was greatly appreciated, and truly set the tone for a wonderful stay.
I must also commend the breakfast staff for their attentive service and delightful personalities. They consistently went out of their way to ensure that I was well taken care of, and their kind gestures did not go unnoticed.
The rooms were nothing short of magnificent. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the view of Lake Locarno from my balcony was simply breathtaking. I felt as though I was living in a dream world throughout my entire stay, and I cannot thank your team enough for making it such a memorable experience.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Hotel La Palma Au Lac to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Locarno. Thank you again for your exceptional hospitality, and I look forward to returning to your hotel in the near future.
