I visited this property on 15th Jan 2022, ***** with my friends. I received an email confirmation from the hotel stating the booking is confirmed ***** with the breakfast. Upon reaching and charging the card the staff calls the room and says that there is no breakfast. When questioned, Noufel the sales executive says, "we never forced you to come here," when we went report to the duty ***ager, the so-called duty ***ager "Gale Pereira", was absolutely rude and had the nerve to threaten us their guest stating, she will check us out. When I asked her how long has she been working with the hospitality industry, she starts yelling, when asked, who she reports to, she says, "I report to whoever is ant to report to," when asked her full name she has Gale is my full name . the only person who actually heard us was a duty ***ager called Karan ChettiarThe hotel is a mess, the staff is absolutely rude and has no idea about their core requirement of working in a hospitality industry. The most absolute mess is Gale Pereira as she is rude and very unprofessional
