The hotel is in an excellent location, just opposite the South Square of Mudanjiang Railway Station. It only takes five minutes to walk there after getting off the high-speed train. There is a pedestrian street downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. Especially the local snacks are rich and can be tasted separately every day. The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the sanitation is cleaned every day. The aunt who cleaned my room during the day was very enthusiastic. She wrote a small note for me and gave me two more bottles of water. It was warm and touching! Thank you very much🙏

The sanitary conditions are very good, but I have to complain about the hotel front desk service. We can obviously upgrade the room type. We checked that there are superior rooms after 6pm that day. The front desk guy also said that there are not many rooms left, which means there are still some, but he refused to upgrade our room type. As a result, it was still empty at 3am. I really don't understand why they would rather have the remaining rooms than upgrade our room. It's really speechless. The hotel is very lively and is a 100-meter walk from the city center. The hotel breakfast is satisfactory!

This hotel is situated in snow town and the location is great. We are staying slightly away from the street where you get peace and quiet. And we like that it's close to the bus station. What's really good is the service. You can chat with them to get all kinds of services including a private car and lots of information. They also have a sleigh where they will help you with your luggage when you arrive and depart 👍 they gave us a room with really good view too! Note that there's not elevator so you'll bring your luggage up and down if you're staying on the third floor

Added you to use the butler or service as an excuse to book a car and various ticket bookings for you! I just asked him to book a car for me (from Yabulixi to Xuexiang). The normal ride takes 2 hours, but I did it for 3.5 hours, because the driver he found was just looking for places to pick up passengers one by one and gathering enough people to set off! Secondly, breakfast ends at nine o'clock, and the breakfast roll says that the weekend ends at nine-thirty, but it is still nine o'clock, so it's a waste of time! Finally, when I turned off the lights at night, bats came out and flew circles around the chandelier! The good thing is, as soon as we call the reception desk, someone will take care of it immediately! Think about it yourself

This is a great travel accommodation 👍🏼 First of all, give us a free upgrade to the room. The service staff is very enthusiastic. The room is relatively large, the interior is clean and tidy, and the imported smart toilet 🚽 is complete with toiletries. Special thanks to Miss Yu at the front desk. Under our request, we solved the special car for the next day. Thank you again to Miss Yu and the driver. 🙏 The dinner at the hotel is also very delicious, the lake fish is very fresh 🐟 clearly marked. All in all, this is a recommended hotel.

You can enjoy the dreamlike snow scenery when you go out. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities and comfortable beds, making the tiring journey instantly relaxing. The service attitude of the hotel staff is first-rate, enthusiastic, attentive and professional.
