My daughter and family are currently holidaying at this hotel The staff have been amazing - helpful and friendly The waiters are brilliant One in particular knew tonight was their last night so set up and decorated a table for them … Thank you!

they is plenty of stuff to do such as sports. there’s a sport area where u can watch football (and other sports) i would highly recommend this place great staff great entertainment. haz,booba,faris and all the rest they always work hard and know what there doing i highly recommend this place ❤️

The place is lovely, The girls 10 and 8 loved it. Food amazing. Entrainment team go the extra mile. We will be back. Pool party's, foam party's, French bowls, beach. The company that runs this place need to really embrace the entrainment team as it really was special for my girls Didnt get any bites during holiday until on way home on the plane and now legs are covered in bites.

Our stay was more than great ❤️ the staff is amazing and very helpful, the food is very different and the option are very wide❤️ I have never stayed in a better hotel , my stay was amazing and would definitely be coming back again and again, thank you TUI

A lovely place to visit we went as a couple but it’s definitely a family focused resort! We had an amazing time which was enhanced truly by the amazing staff! One member of staff was Chahir, he was super kind and thoughtful and constantly went out of his was to ensure me and my partner were happy and “relaxed”. We couldn’t ask for a nicer member of staff who really cared. Thank you so much Chahir for making our holiday extra special and memorable! :)

Firstly I'd like to say the local staff are very friendly. The service provided is very inconsistent and is based around a tip culture which still doesn't guarantee a consistent service. We tipped approximately £300 to various staff over two weeks and they were extremely grateful. Unfortunately it goes downhill from there. We stayed in the swim up in manar 1 which looked nice on the photos. On arrival the pools are in a bad state. They are rubber lined with parts separated from the inner shell of the pool. There is a green waxy substance around the top lining of the pool that is years of suncream that has built up..it gets worse! Each morning there was a barrage of food and cigarettes dump in our patio and pool from the rooms above, at first we thought it was a one off but it was a daily thing. I witnessed on male each a peach from above then throw the peach straight into our pool. (It gets worse!) The corridor on -1 level is infested with mosquitoes literally 1000s. I bought two cans of mosquito killer from the local supermarket which cleared them for two nights. When the cans ran out. There was even more. There was no attempt from the hotel to control this to the point reception "borrowed" me a can of mosquito killer but asked for the can back after I used it. (It gets worse!!!) Whilst my young daughter was playing in the pool two adults decided to start having full on sex on the balcony above they had no regard for anyone watching and there were a few watching lol. I had to grab my daughter and take her inside. Staff at reception didn't seem bothered it was only the rep Cassie who took it seriously. To summarise the hotel has potential but unfortunately some of the guests mainly UK brought the place down. And yes I live in the UK. Ps. Every bottle of coke we were given was out of date.
