"出差一直住亞朵，因為亞朵酒店的床墊超舒服，把家裡的床墊都換成亞朵了！以前來格爾木都會因為空氣乾燥流鼻血，這家亞朵的六恆系統讓人彷彿置身綠化中很舒心，恆温恆濕負氧離子真心不錯。房間非常整潔乾淨，滿滿細節，處處體現人性化，一次性的茶杯每天更換，洗澡水開關方便，一按出水，水温已經調整到非常適宜的温度！二樓洗衣房烘乾機都很好用。保潔阿姨業很熱情，眼裡有活有住客會主動問需要什麼。早餐養生且豐盛，晚上還有深夜粥到，附加服務非常不錯，點贊。"

"入住體驗非常糟糕。最初給的8509房間一進門就是一股明顯的悶酸味，窗户無法打開，前台解釋為“消防要求”，但空調開了一兩個小時味道依然散不掉。隨後下樓要求換房，換到二樓後發現窗户可以正常打開，房間也基本沒有異味。 離譜的是第二天早上九點多，我還在睡夢中，酒店突然來電，稱五樓垃圾桶損壞，並直接認定需要由我賠償。整個溝通過程中，對方態度強硬，衹因為垃圾桶裏有我的冰淇淋包裝，就認定是我“弄壞”的。我當即表示疑問：正常丟棄垃圾屬於合理使用，我在五樓僅停留一兩個小時，也未對垃圾桶進行任何暴力或不當操作，垃圾桶如何會因此損壞？即便垃圾桶是在我入住期間出現問題，衹要是在正常使用情況下損壞，也理應屬於設施老化或質量問題，而不該無理由轉嫁給住客。酒店作為經營方，本應有基礎的設施維護和報損更新機制，而不是在毫無證據的情況下打電話騷擾住客、強行索賠。整體處理方式極不專業，也嚴重影響入住體驗。 本來就惱火，求開發票硬是開了一個星期才開出來，不催估計直接不開了，給箇中評，望酒店吸取教訓"
