"Mount Isa is not a pretty town but the motel was very spacious and set on a main road overlooking the city. Due to a puncture we had to extend a one night stay to a four day stay. The owners were very accommodating and whilst not ideal we made the most of it. Mainly looking for a replacement tyre which out of three outlets not one was to be found and so had to limp to the next town where a new tyre awaited us. So thank you Townview. Like all the places to stay in central Australia parking and getting around was easy."

"There were several problems with the room. One was the cleaning smell in the room was overwhelming. Just because it smells of cleaning product does not make it clean! There was a hole in the bedside table. The room had a shower over a bathtub which would have been fine but they put a shower curtain around it that wrapped around your body when trying to shower. I do not beleive that they change the shower curtain every time that a new guest stays so this was really disturbing and I refused to use it. So the water flooded all over the bathroom floor."

A comida é incrível e as instalações e quartos são fantásticos. O solo e a piscina são mantidos belos! Eu estava doente em um estágio durante a minha estadia e o pessoal estava Mais do que feliz por ajudar. Se pudesse dar mais de 5 estrelas, eu teria!!!! Recomendar 100000%"

"Yes older style motel, however room was great . Room was clean, tidy, appeared well maintained and great a/c. Point for me was that the bedside light was touch control ..no fiddling trying to find a switch in the darkness ! Staff member at reception was friendly and certainly helpful. Benefit for me was that the Motel was central and very close to the Greyhound bus stop. I would certainly stay there again."

"Genuinely one of the most comfortable mattresses in any motel I've ever stayed in (not overly springy). Room was compact but clean and comfortable with modern furnishings. Hotel provided a complementary drink in the bar on check in. Location is a very short drive from the downtown area. Would happily stay again."
