Aqua Hotel Termál

The settings for this hotel/spa are perfect, in the middle of a local neighborhood with the potential to be something outstanding. That’s the only positive think I have to say. The hotel is dated , not been upgraded since the 80’s. The rooms are the same…boring beige decoration and furniture, bathroom smelling of old sewage, toilet had a sterile band around it, yeh right dirty, brown stains and a piece of what looked like metal in the base of it. Room was warm and felt like it hadn’t been aired for months, no matter how long I had the AC on it didn’t cool down the room. The bathing areas outside we’re basically closed, only one outdoor pool and one indoor pool open. At first look you’d think this is nice, but then on entering the indoor pool it was run down with water leaking from the roof, plaster deteriorating and peeling of the walls, the water was no more than 20 degrees and had muck and dirt at the bottom. My headline says it all. Lucky I’m only here for the night on a business trip and I will not be coming back.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel with nice rooms. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city. I highly recommend this lovely hotel. Food and drinks were super here. Thanks for all

I give 1 star because tripadvisor does not allow me to give less.....I had to check out at 5 A.M. and in the reception was an old,antipatic and mad guy who did not speak english at all,ZERO..When I presented him the card to check out he asked me to pay. I have explained him that I have paid in advance and everything was paid. He threatned to call Polizei otherwise. So I have lost the train to Vienna.....In the evening before check out, a aproached to the reception woman who has a poor english and explained that I would check out early in the morning and that I would need a taxi. She checked on computer and told me everyrhing is ok,just leave the card at reception and my colleague will call the taxi. Next morning the reception old mad guy did not want to call the taxi,said the reception phone is not working and showed me his phome and need money!!!.....in my 30 years of travelling experience this was the worst one.Only after 15 minutes of ex0lanation (which he dis not understand anyway) he accepted to call a hungarian friend of mine who explained him everything and he let me go and called a taxi. But I have lost my train to Vienna I had planned at 5.12.....terrible...

Unique hotel, which can be called 3+. It´s not only the area but the overall package, that brings you good memories from stay at this place. And you can be sure, that you will get more, than you can expect from this kind of hotel. Hotel provides breakfast as well as halfboard service with rich buffer breakfast and dinner (that can be served in case of low number of clients). Hotel is located directly next to the Thermal spa area, where you can easily walk from hotel garden. The entrance to the pool area is included in the hotel price with no limitation. You can even stay bathing on the day of departure till evening. This is something not common. Hotel offers various packages, like massages and other wellness services, that make the stay really worthy. You can have feeling, that you got more, than you paid. The price for service is lower than higher and is really competitive price. Bear in mind, that you are visiting a spa with very unigue healing water, that really helps to recover moving system of the body. In the evenings you can have a nice cca 15 min. walk to the town centre where you will find shops, cafe and pubs. The staff speaks mostly German, that can be for some people a small limitation, but by mixing German, Czech, Slovak and English language everybody from hotel or spa representatives understands your needs. I recommend this pleasant and renovated hotel to all who are looking good services for good price. ts really worthy. Comfortable and nice room, the location is really good. The spa looks beautiful. We had a nice relaxing weekend with our family and friends. The breakfast was also super, there was everything what needed.

We had a mighty good time here, everything was top notch! The. Food, the rooms, the thermal water was absolutely amazing. We have decided that we will make a trip here every year. Friendly people and staff, we made wonderful memories here.

Nice rooms and comfortable.The thermal is rebuild and renewed.One of the best places to relax and recharge your batteries.Good water beautiful flowers and places all around.Many free time activies in and around the city.And try the dishes in Malomcafe as well

Der Check-in war fürchterlich, so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Personal war völlig überfordert, und wir mussten 40 Minuten warten, um einzuchecken. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber und wirkten sehr alt. Das Frühstück war lieblos und absolut unangemessen für ein Hotel dieser Art. Wir werden definitiv nicht mehr wiederkommen. Die Preise sind viel zu hoch für die gebotenen Leistungen.
