Hotel is clean and service is good. The location is better, it is close to the subway station, convenient to Red Square, Pushkin Cafe, Turandot, Arbat Street, Tver Avenue and other places. On the day we checked in, it seemed that the hotel had business activities. There were a lot of people, but it did not affect the check in.

Отель очень и очень хороший! Номера просторные, с шикарными видами, все ухоженные, всё целое, чистота идеальная, полотенца, халаты и постельное белье высочайшего качества и чистейшие. Отдельная тема: завтраки. Имея в своем арсенале примерно сотню других отелей, завтрак в Рэдисон скорее всего самый лучший. Нет ни одного невкусного блюда. Игристое, смузи, детокс-вода, безглютеновая еда, фрукты, десерты, кофе и чай всех интерпретаций, салаты, рыба, горячее, блины, яйца всех видов, и вишенка на торте: икра лососевых и щуки. Отдельно хочу отметить весь персонал: очень доброжелательные, отзывчивые, добрые. Ощущается прекрасная атмосфера коллектива и она передается гостям. В этом отеле повторно и обязательно вернемся вновь!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days, we were 11 ladies. We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is great for group travelling. I booked for an Executive studio (42 Square Meter) with breakfast. This studio suite features dedicated work, seating and sleeping areas. It is called Junior Suite (King bed). I really found the Heated towel rails in my bathroom very convenient, for drying up a quick wash. There was an Iron with ironing bord in my closet. An Electric converter was available in my work area. Miss Aliena, from reception was so helpful and efficient on arrival. The Breakfast had wide selection of freshly tasted items, I loved the oatmeal and the banana bread, both were soft and delicious. I had a late lunch once in the restaurant, I had the delightfully fresh Fennel salad and the tasty Salmon with beetroot. SEE photos.

The location is great , upon check in was by a stunning and a kind receptionist Ekaterina , super friendly always smiling , housekeeping made it s job very nicely too, on time and kept a room clean always. The room I booked for the boss was a little bigger than ours, but there was not much difference overall. The apartment hotel is fully equipped with pots and pans, induction cookers, washing machines, clothes drying racks, irons, and oversized wardrobes. It is really a good choice to stay here when attending the Russian MIMS exhibition. You can walk to the exhibition hall and there is AfiMall nearby. , the only drawback is the bathroom, the shower head is not easy to use and the shower is not easy to flush

I actually still stay here. So I’m writing that message in lobby and last night when I check in, the receptionist was very helpful. On the other hand, the room was great. The hotel i in the middle of Moscow City and today the weather is snowy. The heating of the room and hot water were great and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay more three days in here and there isn’t any problem until now. I hope, this pleasure will continue until last night when I will leave from hotel.

The room and location were absolutely great. Everything was nice and clean. However, we were quite disappointed with the service and competence of some of the staff. We had a booking for 2 adults with 2 breakfasts. When we arrived, first, they couldn't find out booking, then they found the booking but said it was only for 1 person. Then suddenly they found that it was for 2 persons but that it was without breakfast, then when I started contacting Trip.com they suddenly found that it indeed was with 2 breakfasts. The next day, when we went to the breakfast, they let us in, but then the staff started chasing us in the breakfast hall saying that we hadn't paid. Then they contacted the reception and confirmed that we indeed had paid. The experience was really not appreciated.

Having looked at the reviews of this hotel and the photos decided to book a room for 5 days through the site, the tariff plan ”confidential choice” (without the possibility of cancelling the booking), the site was able to either make a prepayment, or to implement a ”bank card guarantee” with subsequent payment on the spot. We chose 2 options, all the conditions provided on the site were complied with, arrived and paid the full cost. We were settled in room 7. Having settled, they found a rather unclean room, problems with the plumbing in the bathroom (water in the shelter was not merged, the showers were completely broken), which were reported to the administrator, decided not to spoil the evening and to go to the meeting of the hotel staff, who said that in the morning everything would be removed. But in the morning we were waiting for another unpleasant surprise, opening the closet, and saw a cockroach crawling over the coats provided by the hotel (I would like to note that we didn't have time to place our things in the closet, they stood in the suitcase at the entrance). This fact was the last drop to stay in a hotel called hotel 4*, while in fact not providing services corresponding to this category, was not desired. We have told the administrator about all this, we also said that we understand that this tariff provided for a discount and we are ready to pay these days in full, but we do not want to live with them any more, because there is no guarantee, That there are no cockroaches in other rooms (we were offered to move to another room). On what the administrator told us that the cockroaches you brought yourself, as there were no complaints earlier (at the same time it turned out later that they had problems with this and the day before the disinsection was carried out! ) and what can go to us for a meeting and return money for 3 days, but at the same time they hold a fine of the cost of the day, as we reported cancellation of the booking in less than 24 hours. What cancellation of the guys' booking??? We have complied with all the arrangements and payments and we have not provided the conditions for which we have paid. Where is our fault? We have been told that nothing can help anymore. Very sad when you choose a good hotel, and there apologize worse than in hostels (((and at the same time also such attitude, as well as for the unprovided service do not return money. The feeling that these programs at this hotel with ”unreturned” tariffs are specially done!!! After all, in such an approach it is possible to give at all any number not only with non-working equipment and cockroaches!!!
