I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I had clearly booked and fully paid for a Suite room in advance through Trip, but upon arrival, the staff gave me a small room. They initially claimed that their system did not show my Suite booking and even said that I had not made any payment, which was very frustrating since I had already paid in full before my arrival. After some discussion, they finally confirmed that my payment was received. However, I was too tired to continue arguing about the suite room, so I ended up staying in the smaller room. What made things worse, I had already tried to contact the hotel one month before my arrival via Telegram and email to confirm my booking, but I never received any response. The only positive point is that the staff were personally kind and still helped me carry my suitcase upstairs, since there is no lift in the hotel.

I really like this hotel ,very clean and with a great staff . Reception desk staff is beat in wordl .Location very confortable to visit Pushkin museum and Red Square very close with a nice walk. I will be back!

One of the best hotel near Arbat street. The location is really convenient with an underground station just across from the street. The staff is friendly and helpful, always greeting people with a smile. The room is spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. We didn't have breakfasts in the hotel, as there are many nice coffee shops and restaurants around. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

O ambiente é agradável e limpo, o café da manhã é farto e o acesso é muito conveniente. Cheguei bem tarde, mas a equipe da recepção foi muito simpática e respondeu às mensagens rapidamente. Estou bastante satisfeito.

Olá, estimados gerentes do Novotel Moscou. Sou hóspede Saja Al-Mutawa. Gostaria de informar minha extrema insatisfação com o tratamento que recebi da recepcionista Varvara no check-in. Minha reserva era de 18/06/2025 a 22/06/2025, dois quartos para quatro pessoas, número da reserva (). O valor total da estadia foi pago via Trip.com. Meu voo atrasou, então meu check-in foi atrasado naquele dia. Isso foi um atraso da companhia aérea e não me responsabilizo por isso. Cheguei em 19/06/2025. Entrei em contato com a recepção antes disso e informei que me atrasaria cerca de quatro vezes, e o funcionário me disse que estava tudo bem, desde que a reserva fosse paga. Também entrei em contato pelo aplicativo Trip.com, mas ao chegar ao hotel, fui informado de que a reserva havia sido cancelada!! Entrei em contato várias vezes e em todas as vezes fui informado de que meu voo estava atrasado e minha reserva já estava paga. Depois de muitas tentativas, que duraram horas, e de eu ter explicado minha situação, que estava com um idoso com câncer, em quimioterapia e muito cansado, nossos passaportes foram apreendidos e nos deram quartos. Estou muito chateado com esse tratamento pouco profissional e não darei uma boa avaliação ao hotel, apesar da minha grande satisfação com o lugar e os quartos.

Прекрасный отель! Все идеально чисто, сервис на высоком уровне, вежливый персонал, кровати и подушки превосходны, завтрак отличнй. Место расположение в центре города, недалеко от метро. Спасибо отелю!

Uma excelente opção para ficar na beleza de Moscovo, em torno de muitos lugares, para comer e andar, excelente disponibilidade de transporte, para a Praça Vermelha no metro Quatro paradas. Perto do parque e do Kremlin de Izmailovsk.

Recently, due to interference from Ukrainian drones, GPS near Red Square has been nearly ineffective and stuck. I wandered around several times before finally reaching the riverside, where I found this single, two-story yellow building based on the pictures in the comments section. It's easy to find Red Square from the hotel; just a few blocks away, you can see the Onion-domed Church in the distance. On the way back, I didn't even need to check my phone's navigation because it was broken! First, the front desk lady spoke English. While waiting in line to check in, I wanted to see the hotel's amenities, but she immediately stopped me, raised her hands, and greeted me with a ”Hello.” Actually, I had to wear shoe covers to enter the hotel area. When it was my turn to check in, I spoke very little English, but she slowly explained the hotel rules to me and showed me the bathrooms, showers, and shared kitchen. Even with my limited English, I understood most of what she said. When I checked out, she was very welcoming and smiled, welcoming me back in English. Second, the hotel was much cleaner than I expected, with many attractive young people staying there, and everyone was very polite and didn't bother anyone.

Довольно неплохо, но, блин, добавьте совсем немного и впечатления будут намного лучше. Очень не хватает полотенец, геля для душа и нормальных чашек и стаканов, даже если используется одноразовая посуда, не покупайте самую дешёвую, она сразу деформируется, как наливаешь горячую воду.
