В следующую поездку эту гостиницу рассматривать точно не буду. Плюсы: - приятное кафе с завтраками в том же доме, что и отель - встретила приятный администратор - когда просили заменить номер, по возможности заменили номер —— - расположение смотрели по месту работы, если рассматривать метро, две станции в 15 минутах. - район неплохой Минусы: - ощущение затрепанности: отваливающиеся дверки душевой, рваный халат, запах канализации - заявлена парковка. Она не закрытая, а общая, на 3-4 места. Поэтому места у отеля есть, но пользуются ей жители из домов рядом. Это больше похоже на просто территорию у дома, а не парковку отеля. - Самый главный минус, который сподвигнул на отзыв. Под отелем находится бар, мы жили на 1 этаже, бар на -1ом. В пятницу после 23.00, заполуноч музыка гремела так, что трясся холодильник и стены, вибрировал пол. Администратор сказал, что так иногда бывает и сделать ничего не может, администрация отеля в курсе, и если не устраивает, то звоните в милицию и разбирайтесь сами, это ответственность клиентов. Правда предложили номер на 3 этаже. Но смысла из-за мощности музыки туда переезжать нет. В итоге, в полвторого ночи переехали ночевать в другой отель.

Неплохой мини отель. Все неплохо, рядом шикарное кафе. Уборка в номере не очень понравилась, даже кровать не застилали. В целом цена соответствует качеству. Брали самый большой номер, он оказался действительно большим, но доп.местом можно пользоваться только с доплатой за постельное белье))) Сан.узел- ничего особенного, но чисто.
