Wellnessanlage nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, Preis - Leistung im Römisch-Irisch (Fr. 52.— Eintritt) stimmen so nicht, speziell nicht im Vergleich zu andern Angeboten. Zusatzkosten für Massage 29.— Fr.? Personal ermahnt - unverständlich und ohne dass weitere Gäste in der Nähe sind zur absoluten Ruhe - wo bleibt die Freundlichkeit?

Schlechte Matratze, rudimentäre Zimmer, kein Abfallsack, keine Bettwäsche, alles wird einzeln berechnet. Dies ergibt für den ganz Urlaub ein negatives Feeling. Personal unfreundlich, obwohl ihnen Berrechnungsfehler passiert sind! Das Bad/Spa ist veraltet, die Gamehalle eine Geldschleuderei…. Der Bauernhof mit den Tieren ist nur Dekoration. Naja, ich hab genug gesehen…

Mir gefiel das Bad und die Grotten nicht so gut. Ich hatte nach alldem was ich gehört hatte, viel mehr erwartet. Auch war mit das Wasser im Aussenbereich 2-3° zu kalt. Es war überall sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Die Anreise mit ÖV kinderleicht. Auch PP gibt es genügend.

These people have no sense of hospitality. Nobody gives a damn about you, the service is non-existent. They're stingy in a way I've never seen anywhere else on earth. You're charged extra for every grain of sugar. Greedy MFs. Example: You are charged 120.00 for cleaning for 4 days' stay (which in itself is enormous; 1 to 2 hours' cleaning should be more than enough). But you still have to wash the dishes, put them away, remove the sheets and throw out the rubbish yourself! And it gets even better, they don't even make the beds at this price, so subsequent guests have to pay extra to have their beds made on arrival! It's nauseating. Restaurant experience: I take the adult buffet, my son the children's buffet. I dared to bite into his slice of pizza, and the waitress snapped at me: "Ach, nicht für Eltern, nur für Kinder!!!" Gestapo-style. As for my dish, which I'd half-filled to sample, she's on the lookout for me, and as soon as I've finished, she takes it away from me straight away. Yes, because here the "buffet" is one dish, basta! So if you want to eat what you're hungry for, be a stickler and fill your plate to the brim. And everything goes with it. Fitness 15.- (supposedly included in the stay), breakfast 27.-!!!! Very clean apar**ent, it's true, but I'm disgusted by this crappy mentality. Shame on you.

Je suis un peux déçue car village vacance reka égal ruine pour finir tout et payant et très très cher , le personnel ne parle pas un mot de français, quand on est arriver on a eu aucun explication en plus la dame c est trompée, beaucoup d'activitée fermée, très bruyant même que ca il peuvent rien les gens n on aucun respect. Les points positif l appartement et vraiment super il y a tout juste il fait chaud la nuit malgré les fenêtres ouvertes et les rideau vieux et tacher , lit parfait bien moelleux , la piscine génial bien chauffée.

Das Zimmer war eng und furchtbar kalt. Nur ein Teil der Zimmer ist über einen unterirdischen Gang mit dem Freizeitpark verbunden. Alle anderen (wir) müssen aussenrum über die Strasse. Leider erkrankte mein Sohn. An der Reception war keine Hilfe zu bekommen. Weder Kontaktdaten eines Arztes noch die Möglichkeit einer Apotheke, welche Bestellungen ins Hotel liefert. Weil mein Sohn krank war, holten wir uns das Essen aufs Zimmer. Das Reinigungspersonal liess uns das gebrauchte Geschirr über den ganzen Aufenthalt (3 Tage) im Zimmer stehen. Am Abreisetag vor der Abreisezeit klopfte das Personal im 10 Minutentakt bzw. die einen klopften nicht mal und platzten einfach rein.
