Rooms are really not kept well. Very unclean bathroom too. We had come in 2020 and we see the standard has really gone bad. Not happy this time at all. Even we entered the room for the first time, it was stinking. Before checkin atleast they should keep the rooms open For ventilation for sometime. Food was fine.swimming pool was good. Thanks

The hospitality, the rooms, cleanliness, everything was amazing. Every small but eas taken care of, from velcro on the balcony to dry clothes to a wall fan to compliment the AC. Would come again when I visit Goa. There was even a pool for small children.

Very cosy atmosphere. Greenery all around.Well maintained view and path areas for walking are great as it is covered by shades of trees. Must try Indian food which is delicious.Hospitality was amazing. Resort offers a beach view which is a top notch thing.

The resort is very good location and maintain hygiene and cleanness room also clean the food also good the staff & manager both are very polite and respectful when next time visit definitely recommend your resort all things are perfectly good thankyou so much to all

Lovely ambiance. Right by the sea. Staff is polite and friendly. Comes with a complimentary breakfast and wifi. Manager of the hotel - Mr. Praveen Jha takes personalized care of issues. All in all, it was an excellent stay at Living Room Beach Resort.

PATHETIC experience . Stayed on 30 June 2024 Shabby and unkept rooms .. biggest problematic factor being the loud music coming from next door pub non stop from 12 PM to 230 AM .. one cannot sit outside , not talk .. even in the room - the noise is so loud that it feels that someone is banging on your head .. come at your own risk and only when you are thick skinned and deaf Breakfast was ok

Definitely the best staycation I have had so far Cozy rooms, amazing vibe and the best peaceful environment 🤩🥰🌴 Do try out this place when in Goa. Had the best time in the swimming pool and the food was lip smacking If your looking for the best stays this vacation surely should contact the Living Room Beach Resort for the best👌🏻

We had a big beautiful suite but the music from next door, a new restaurant called something like Tiki, was horrendous! Not sure what time in the day the music was turned on/up, when we arrived 5pm ish it was already shaking the interior of our suite. It was turned off about 10.15 pm and we had a good night sleep and quiet morning but when the music was on, it was shaking a glass of water on our counter due to the heavy bass! We couldn’t enjoy the room due to this. I’m not sure why the place next door had to play at this level, it didn’t look like a nightclub and turned off in the evening. Who wants to have a meal at that level? We had to walk far up the beach to avoid the music. The suite was large and comfortable but not was charming as the wooden units that I thought I booked on the photos on the booking website. The staff said they would be too small for us a family of four and made no effort to move us when I hesitated about the music. We only stayed two nights and stayed out due to the music.

Highly recommend this place due to its fabulous location and great service. Located at Morjim beach which is right next to the property. While there are plenty of good food options around, the food at the hotel is also top notch. Shout out to the manager Mr Praveen who accomadated all our requests and was super helpful. Also special mention to Mr Jolston for his cheerful demeanor and help.
