受付のベルを何回鳴らしても誰も出てこない、車に戻り携帯でホテルに電話して、人が出て来た。２１時〜１２時までホテルに誰も対応出来る人が居ないなんて、何かあった場合にこちらに電話して下さいと受付にその番号の書いた紙があるだけです。部屋にはそんなホテルの事を書いた物は何もない
パジャマがないなら、予約をとる時に一言書いてほしい。
ウィクリーマンションなら、リゾートホテルと書かない方がいいです。
キッチンが使えないならその説明書も最初に提示して欲しい。
ずっとカタッと音がして、怖くて電気を消して寝れませんでした
。部屋のエアコンも夜中に切れて寒かった。予備の布団もなし。
全部が怖くて泊まる事は二度とありません。

I have stayed at this hotel for a few times over the years and enjoy the convenience of the hotel with the airport bus stop right in front. Currently, the pool, dining and onsen areas are all closed since Covid austerity measures, however, the room still has an onsen which you can access from your tub. Note that you must leave the onsen water running for about 30 minutes till you notice the water change indicating it is onsen water. Also, for a quick drink there is a vending machine on the 1st floor. 2nd floor will have the extra towels, tissues or amenities you may need, if your stay is longer than a few days. Rooms have a tatami style room and bedroom, so it helps with the spaciousness of the room. Kitchenette and washer/dryer were great to use. Note you need to provide your own kitchen and laundry supplies. I have attached a screenshot on the washer/dryer translation for your convenience.
