Worst management there is no privacy, any one can enter in you room at night and then hotel just says it’s system problem. They can’t even apologize in a good attitude worst hotel. And they don’t even allow to have a breakfast even you have a room because they say your room is not registered.
I would recommend not to book this hotel, go for Holiday Inn instead of this.

訂之前看了評論，進房間，還是有點吃驚！房間是真的小，我訂的雙床，攜程上説是0.8-1.3米的床，其實直接説0.8米就算了，何必那麼繞。訂的時候也沒有注意，真的沒有洗漱用品。床太小太短，腳都露出去床外。床上沒有被子沒有毯子，衹有布單加床套。床鋪也不舒服，都鋪上尿不濕，不透氣。湊合一晚。我在想，如果是大床，也不可能大，因為房間在那裡呢！估計大床可能是1.3米

We travelled in Canada in 4 cities and slept in 4 Hotels. This was the only Hotel where we did not enjoy our stay. The bed was not made and was DIRTY with sesame and lots of long hair in the bed! I only hope they did change the pillowcases. The Breakfast was petty, already prepared in Boxes like in a Prison (of all the 4 Hotels we stayed in this was the only one which this absurd Covid-Measures.. everyone ate in the same restaurant so I don’t see the point). The only positive thing about this hotel is the central location.. but I am sure there are other hotels in the area that offer a better service. I would not recommend this hotel whatsoever!

Prime location, everything just a few blocks away. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
Rooms are tiny and bathrooms are really small.

Terrible place to stay. Room size is as tiny as a bathroom, also the breakfast is limited even though they take money from
Everyone. They say that breakfast is over an hour before the time. Please avoid this place as much possible.

We had a good stay and it was the perfect location, lots of places within walking distance - shopping, restaurants, concert hall. We had a small issue with the heat and adjusting the temperature and the elevator was just okay but would stay here again if passing through. Staff was very helpful checking us in and answering some questions about places in the area.

The hotel offers the basics. Nothing more, nothing less. Breakfast was disappointed (For me). There was not any protein served. No eggs, No ham, No cheese. Nothing hot. They had watermelon and pineapple, bread and couple things to spread on it. Juice, Yogurt and cereals. If you are good on these. Enjoy it. Another disappointing is parking. They charged C$35 a night, but you can find much cheaper options (40% less) in a block or two from this hotel.
