Nous sommes déçus de la literie. Nous avons eu 2 petits lits avec des sur matelas par dessus qui n'avaient pas la même taille que les lits.

We often stop with our dog at Ibis Hotels. Note that there is nowhere around for the dogs to relieve themselves (not even a small piece of land or grass). The surroundings are very dark and scary at night (no feeling of security). The quality of the hostel is far below the Ibis of the same category (very claustrophobic rooms and old toilets). The night before we did it at the Ibis in Barcelona Cornella and it has no comparison.

The room was super noisy, lots of doors banging in the morning, and I guess everybody in the rooms above me was wearing stiletto heals on the wooden floors in the early morning hours! Impossible to have a late relaxing morning. The staff was super friendly, with one exception: With my loyalty card I am being offered a free drink. I ordered a beer and the bar tender was about to pour it, when his supervisor barged in and she said "if he doesn't pay he only gets a small one !" How pathetic is that ? Breakfast was ok and the bed, as always in Ibis, super comfortable.

This is a lovely ibis, with fully refurbished bedrooms with access to air conditioning. The staff were friendly. However, communication could have been better. On one of the days we stayed, the restaurant was closed, but there was no notice to show this; apart from this, it was a great place to stay, and we enjoyed the three days we visited.

Six of us stayed here before and after a penichette cruise. It’s standard Ibis, at least adequate, although the ground floor corridor is dark, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a tram stop a couple of minute’s walk away, from where all parts of the city can be reached. Breakfast was very good, apart from the hot water not being up to making British tea. The bar is nice, but we found the food rather disappointing the first night, my dish was far too salty, a poor choice perhaps. We ate out thereafter. The restaurant is shut on Mondays, and apart from L’Erreur there are only takeaways within walking distance. The public area at the front has desks with electricity points, which we found very useful while waiting before and after check-in. What really gives the place an advantage is how friendly and helpful the staff are, speaking good English: they printed out our boarding passes, summoned a taxi, suggested we have our rooms after checkout time until it arrived, etcetera.

Cet hôtel est situé juste à côté de la station de tramway Garcia Lorca, c’est son plus bel avantage. L’équipe est très hétéroclite. Le jeune homme qui gère le restaurant le soir est avenant et très accueillant. Les réceptionnistes sont d’humeur et de disponibilité inégale. L’équipe de nuit est top. La palme du mauvais accueil revient à la personne qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner. Dilettantisme absolu, aucune pro activité. Machine à café à l’arrêt avec besoin de vider le bac. Machine à jus d’orange industriel en mode goutte à goutte alors qu’il suffirait de changer la recharge. Pas d’eau dans la bouilloire à œufs et on a l’impression de déranger quand on se permet de le faire remarquer. On obtient en réponse un simple « ah bon »… Chambres ancien standard ibis, mériteraient d’être rénovées. L’équipe des femmes de chambre est efficace. Je recommande cet établissement pour un court séjour.

Hotel commun à l'ibis budget. Accueil correct, hôtel rénové et confortable. Chambre de taille limitée et petit salle de bain. Literie très confortable. Climatisation silencieuse. Chambre très lumineuse tout en fenêtre. Un grand bureau et du rangement. Je n'ai pas pris le petit déjeuner mais il est en général bien chez Ibis. Parking sécurisé et gratuit.

Durant la nuit réveil a 1h30, démangeaisons sur le dos, j’allume la lumière 5 puces de lit trouvé sur le lot à côté de moi (voir photos) et constatation de plus de 50 boutons ou plaques rouges sur le corps (je préfère pas montrer les photos), je vais à l’accueil on me change de chambre, aucunes nouvelles de l’établissement, j’ai du rappeler moi même la manager, qui m’a signifié que c’était du aux clients avant moi et donc aucuns geste co possible, et que je cite vus la taille des boutons « je marquais vite ».
Donc pour la première fois de ma vie je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement

Séjour déplaisant, chambre avec une forte odeur d'égouts ne venant pas de la salle de bain. Pas d'autre chambre dispo, obligé d'aller dans un autre hotel. Obligé d'insister pour être relogé, très mauvais service de l'équipe d'accueil. Résultat : relogé au Mercure avec des frais supplémentaires
