We spent the afternoon and night here. Check in was fast and courteous. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job. Management should buy new towels, wash cloths, etc. As thrill are becoming grey with age. Due to Covid, restaurant was closed. Room service menu had a big variety. Service was fast and polite. Food was very good.

The rooms are nicely appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The showers are strong and the water hot. I stayed on the 2nd floor and I could not believe how quiet the rooms are despite being in the middle of the historic district. The breakfast offers everything anyone could possibly want, it is delicious and best of all it is fairly priced. If you want an amazing luxury hotel with a wonderful location, free parking and well trained and helpful staff look now further. I look forward to staying at the Gamma Monterrey Ancira on my next trip to Monterrey.

Had a great time in Monterrey and the Sheraton was a perfect location. The room was spotless and the staff was attentive. My flight to Monterrey was delayed until the next day and I was able to reach the hotel by email and they had no issue adjusting my reservation. They even gave me excellent location tips for my 10 mile run. I would definitely stay again.

The staff's bad attitude, waiting room with 3 chairs from a square, not car park, not good services, entrance doors to the rooms not serve keys you have to get down to 4 or 5 times with your baggage to make you assist or change your room, water leakage in the healthcare, hard boxes that cannot be used because they are closed and at the entrance of the hotel there is an ad that says we do not make ourselves responsible for losses, because that is why the hotel has a box heavy, the good thing is that it is center.
