Power went out in the room and missed our reservation for dinner. Team responded and maintenance had to come in the room while we are not finished getting ready to reset all the rooms breakers

The logic in this hotel’s design boggles my mind. The lobby and restaurant are dangerously located amidst angular half steps which the staff tell you constantly to “watch your step”. Our room had the TV backed into the bathroom area with wires and back of tv exposed because the designer was obsessed with a glassed in wet room (which you draw the shades anyway) so there is nowhere for the tv to be mounted in the logical area which is the seating. Very crowded furnishings, extremely tight for two people with luggage. All just trying to be a bit too clever and missing the mark compared to other supposedly assigned 5* hotels we have stayed in. Food at restaurant was average at best for dinner, breakfast was very good.

Don’t arrive too early! We got there at 6am, on a Saturday. Everything was closed, shopping areas and restaurants. They do offer breakfast buffet for an charge.
Our room wasn’t ready, and to do early check in we got quoted $230 on top of our already paid for room of $211. They have a comfy lobby but can be very busy and loud.
Staff was eventually able to get us into a room at 11:30 without an extra charge. Room was beautiful, dark comfy and fresh. They were able to empty our mini bar fridge to allow us to put our beer and drinks in.
The two shopping areas across the street have plenty of restaurants. The fashion drive mall, is massive, tons to shop.
The 18th floor has amazing views of their mountains.
Sucks you can’t enjoy the view with food or drinks. For some reason the restaurant has a bad Mountain View, and the bar isn’t allowed to serve liquor drinks after 6pm by government law. Make it there before and you’ll be fine. They also had mezcal tasting, where they just put out a bottle and cups by the elevators on your floor.
Wish early check in was more available and they had a pool.
But the hotel itself is beautiful and staff is great! Definitely would go back.
