Chegou às 3, mas foi informado de que o quarto não estava pronto. Voltou às 6:30. O quarto ainda não estava pronto. Muito desapontado. É um lugar legal, mas se não houver espaço para hóspedes pré-pagos, não adianta. Ignore este.

An amazing place to stay. Attentive customer representatives, the place was immaculate, clean, and family friendly. The entertainment and entertainment host was top tier. I enjoyed how he got the crowd involved and let those be who didn’t want to participate in other activities. Actually, he was the highlight of my stay there. The food…ohhh the food. Great variety of Jamaican cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That Ackee tho… I could eat that every day…
I definitely plan to come back and stay…

This place is old and needs a complete renovation. My room was changed to one worse than what I had. There was dirt on the floor as you entered the room and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the tub was disgusting.

Property has potential but needs a lot of work. The entire staff needs to be retrained in providing quality customer service. The food was not great, my room had tiny bugs crawling around and to make matters worst the house keepers were so unprofessional. I should never be at a hotel "begging" for towels and wash cloth. Unfortunately until there are some major changes made I refuse to waste my money staying here nor would I recommend this property.

The property and staff were great. Rooms clean and food was nice. Specialty restaurant was surprisingly very good.
We were however very disappointed in the front desk and problems with water in the rooms. When we arrived no one advised that there was no water in our room, NONE! No one could tell us when water would be back, which seemed to be impacting everyone at the resort. We were forced to walk to the lobby to use the restrooms and had no shower access for 2-days. When water was restored we had no hot water until our last day, so cold showers only. Absolutely no communication on this issue was given and when I mentioned to the manager at the managers cocktail party that that was our only issue, she walked away from me and didn’t even want to apologize or acknowledge that it was a concern we had. We understand things happen, but having no communication on the issue and not having running showers and toilets at a beach resort is a BIG ISSUE!

I have 2 more night there but I want to exchange the hotel, no water to take a shower, the food everyday the same thing, I not have a good vacation
