It was the wonderful stay in Montecatini Palace Jan 2024. Staff created absolutely home feelings atmoshere. Thanks to everybody: Mark, Andrew, both ladies at the reception (loved you), Nadisha. Hope to visit you again. Jamilya and Ziba from Azerbaijan.

I quite like the charm of this hotel. The rooms / bathrooms were very spacious and felt very traditional (which I appreciate immensely), without feeling dated or run-down. The limited interaction with front desk staff was pleasant enough over the 2 night stay. And it is located a few steps away from the beautiful tram ride taking you to some wonderful views over the region. Arriving at the top is a quaint area (that I would have enjoyed having more time to explore). Little shops, cafes and restaurants in a lively yet civilized environment and backdrop to Tuscany! As usual, wish there was more time there.

A wonderful hotel! We took 2 rooms for 2 nights and they were very spacious and clean. The staff are really nice and answer every question we had. plus good recommendations about the surroundings. Breakfast was very good and a really good variety. Thank you for making our holiday super!

It's the worst hotel I have been to this year. The room was too small. Breakfast doesn't correspond to the category of 5-star hotels. Stuff asked us every breakfast would we have dinner at the hotel restaurant?
The plumbing is old and noisy, the water doesn't always stop after the toilet flush is used.
In addition for all the abovementioned the man who was at the reception desk wrote in our check-out bill spa treatments for 90 EUR. All the arguments that we didn't use massage in the hotel were not heard. Only the argument that the spa was closed when we were checking in at the hotel influenced him to write off the massage fee regretfully.

We had a terrible experience with another hotel in town and left our tour before it started. We found LHP Hotel in Montecatini. The staff has been wonderful (especially Esther!) The restaurants food was great. The Spa is great. We wanted to stay another night and Esther gave us a great price on an upgraded room. Cant give this place enough praise! Its a 10 out of 10!

The property is in a great location for exploring the town and the park and funicular. The hotel is spotlessly clean both inside and out. The roof top pool area is great for relaxing with a cooling breeze and fantastic views of Montecatini Terme Alto. What really made this our best ever Italian stay though is the hotel staff were exceptional throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were always met with a friendly smile, impeccable service, we honestly cannot remember better customer service from a hotel stay. A special mention for Nadisha whom we primarily worked the rooftop pool bar, this young lady is an absolute credit to the hotel, she is non stop, fluent in so many languages, never stops working and never stops smiling with every guest she meets and takes such wonderful care off.
