Curtains and windows were drenched in mould. My kids got so sick that they had to be admitted to hospital

Make sure bedding/blankets are clean, A person cannot swim as rom the afternoon, as the pool water are dirty, I suggest to you need to have a break during the day and clean it. Perhaps more often add chemicals and re-open it again during the course if the day

We enjoyed our stay with our kids and the relaxing warm waters. However reception was quite a let down and unpleasant.

Our overall stay at the venue as well as training area/ conference hall was great. Although there were upgrades done to the road infrastructure we were long before informed about it by management. Thank You

Great place for the family! Only struggled to connect to the Wi-Fi (especially my son) and the freezer part of the fridge was freeze and we could not use it.

We had a wonderful stay at Montagu Springs. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit Golden Terrace. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to braai or prepare meals. Bedding was comfortable and the bathroom clean. Great value for money.

Our stay was excellent, the location of the Villas is well placed. It is away from the mainstream activities of the general resort, but also close enough to enjoy the amenities of the resort. The Villas is beautiful, well equipped and the staff are wonderful. Our Villa got serviced daily at no extra cost, and staff went out of their way to assist with requests. The weather was exceptionally beautiful, and the Villas afforded an outlook on the beautiful scenery. Out sleep quality was great with the sounds of a river and some frogs in the background. The resort is also just close enough for a short drive into town to do some sightseeing or taste some local wines. I would recommend the Villas for everyone, great work Montagu Springs staff and management for making our stay one to remember and trreasured.
