Tour des Voyageurs

Location was great! Rooms were pretty dated. The shower was very dingy, it got clogged first use. Had to call the desk a few times to address it. Overall it did the trick, it's an awesome location eventually everything needs updating. Check in was easy but heads up it's $20 per night for parking.

Liked the convenience to the Cabriolet and the village. The only thing I did not like was that the cleaning staff only showed up toward late afternoon when we returned from the day of skiing and then skipped cleaning our room. I put the garbage can in the hallway so they got the hint to empty it. Everything else was great!

Great place however I would recommend staying in the main yellow building rather than red building #2. We also came with friends and they ended up being in the other building which is either an outside walk through the snow or a dirty walk through the parking garage.

Overall I’m very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and quiet. The kitchen suited our family of 5 quite well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Indoor parking was greatly appreciated albeit a bit expensive. The parking lot is poorly signed though. The walk out to the gondola was nice, but a bit confusing. Not true’ski from your unit’ but convenient for what it is. The village is cool and the food options are great! Worth the time and money to travel from Toronto! Thanks for a very good experience!

The staff is not friendly at all. I was traveling with my family and we arrived early. I wanted to store my bags in the hotel not in my car. I asked if would be ok, the gentleman at reception said yes. When we brought all our bags up, they did not want to store them saying the guy who said it was ok was new, like please spare me. The room is nothing special, very small since we had to take ski clothes for 4 with us, it felt cluttered and small. No housekeeping for. 3 days. It’s very expensive for what it is.

The place is convenient but dated, It is a typical 3 star hotel. the reason we stay there is for the location and price.

Property is in a great location and it was great having a little kitchen in room that included a fridge, stove/iven. Room was nice and large for 2 people. Issues with kitchen: no baking sheets to cook appetizers in the oven, the small dishwasher did not clean dishes (after being on for 1.5 hrs the few dishes came out with food residue and we had to hand wash), no paper towel supplied. Room was great size with nice dining table and comfy sofa & chair. The bed mattress was rock hard and very uncomfortable. On evening of Dec 25 through to the morning of Dec 26 there was no hot water. Couldn’t have a shower before checking out and driving home. Room staff knocked on our door Dec 24 asking if we needed any room supplies (got extra tea towels) and again the morning we were to check out asking if we wanted our room tidied. Otherwise we had no service to the room. Would we stay here again? Yes. But we would bring many more supplies for the kitchen and cross our fingers that the hot water issue is not the norm for this older hotel.

I had an awesome time with the husband, but there is no breakfast at the hotel. We had to wait for the cafe to open or else go to Starbucks outside the hotel.

Had a great stay, Nelly at reception was very helpful and kind!! We will be coming back.
