"I've stayed at the Scarlet Apartments 2 times before my last visit and I was very pleased with the hotel. This past visit was a nightmare. As soon as I entered my room a strong odor was detected. I spoke to the woman at the service desk and she connected an air filter and sprayed the room, but the smell never left and was constant the entire weekend. I asked to change rooms but was told nothing else was available. There was old food in the rug/carpet from previous guest. The bathroom had no electricity for the 1st night that I stayed there so I had to use the toilet and shower in the dark my first night. The electricity was repaired the next day after arrival. The door handle to the bedroom was broken and disconnected from the door, so merely opening and shutting the bedroom door was a challenge. And with all of these issues, the hotel staff acted like me pointing these things out was an inconvenience. The place has nose dived and quickly."

"The hotel is under renovation, which is not reflected in any of the pictures, descriptions, or commentaries. The staff are pleasant, and responsive when asked for assistance. My first room was small, dark and musty smelling, and the door didn't close firmly, it looked as if it had been kicked in. My second room was better, although was still musty and very dated. Not really the value for money, due to the renovation, there is construction debris in most areas of the hotel, the pool water was murky and I wouldn't considered swimming in it, the breakfast buffet was very limited, no fresh brewed coffee, and not very appetizing. It was impossible to cancel the reservation and try to move to a better hotel. I travel a lot, and this is about the worst I have stayed in - particularly as nothing was as advertised. The lobby is fully renovated and if the rest of the hotel has the same level of finishing it will be great - in the meantime - spend your money elsewhere."

"O Lugar horrível que não merece a classificação de estrelas é o lugar.A sala estava cheia de molde, a água do tapete estava constantemente amarrada, o assento de banho estava partido, o pasta de dente e o champô de condicionamento, etc. garrafas metade cheias .... Eu pedi para me mudar para outro Lugar depois a noite inconveniente (chequei no final) a próxima sala estava mais limpa, mas não tinha eletricidade nos socos.Levou três horas para ter um trabalho e tive que usar um conector. Internet era fraco O serviço de restaurante não é razoável, por exemplo, i Pediu UMA refeição vegetariana de okra e repetiu a minha solicitação três vezes. O restaurante insistiu em cobrar a minha conta e não tive opção senão pagar por seu erro .... O pequeno-almoço é pobre e servido a partir de 8.00 Infelizmente, quando chegamos a 8.15 o restaurante foi fechado e só abriu a 8.30 quando tivemos que sair ... Em um dos o travão de energia me agarrou no elevador por vários mibnuts.não se importava de responder à campainha de emergência e intercom que eu estava ligando ... A localização está longe de lojas. Pedi para um rasor a recepção do hotel prometeu me receber um até a manhã seguinte repito meu pedido todos os dias, mas nunca o recebi ..."
