Top hotel, top service, top food, top entertainment staff, no respect for hotel guests!!! Held hotel guests very naked very casual not dressed very shocking!!! in the hotel entrance hall and in the buffet restaurant it is necessary to review the clothing of certain customers (female) we must respect the very vulgar people see half naked for a very beautiful hotel it spoils the image of this hotel inappropriate behavior of certain customers and the host flirts with customers, a shame for such a beautiful establishment!!! To see urgently the rooms are perfect maid at the top very clean establishment despite the rest thank you to the service staff and respect the rest to see again urgently lack of respect thank you to the manager and the director to review certain details thank you for your welcome .

Just back from 8 nights here with my family. Arrived late 11.15pm so went to check in but guy offered us food firstly which we were grateful for. Rooms, yes they are dated and yes could do with some work and maintenance but do you go to Tunisia to sit in your room? No, nor us unless you have thunderstorms! Staff are so helpful and friendly- both housekeeping and in dining rooms. Food aplenty - good choices and plenty of options. Drinks could have been served in bigger glasses save going back to the bar so much. Entertainment was really good especially the Tunisian Folklore night. Entertainment staff were really good. Definitely hope to visit again in the future.

We stayed a day in this hotel and what to say about customer service !!! Manel at the reception smiling and listening. Madame Saida has ensured that all our needs are met. The swimming pool is large in the surface and deep. The outdoor furnishings are well thought. There is a coffee with a beautiful view of the beach of Monastir. The buffet is different and clearly exceeded my expectations, compared to other internationally recognised hotels. In photo the view I had from the buffet terrace. Returned today from a week all inclusive. We arrived sat 2nd at 11.45pm the person checking us in offered to organise something for us to eat but we we're shattered so declined. We weren't given any other information including times, areas etc so pretty much figures it out as we went. There was lots of positive, the hotel is overall very clean but in placed shows some aging but for the price great value. Only issue was the maid on first two days came in even when we Said it was okay and then kept asking for coins. But after second day was different maids who if they came and we were in the room would offer to come back. The food was a good variety across the breakfast, lunch and dinner but could be repetitive. Both of us are fussy eaters but always had plenty to eat. The waitors always had our table set up and we're very attentive and made sure we always had plenty to drink and were okay. The bar staff at times could be a little slow but often was only one on so they tried their best to keep up with demand even using Google translate when one didn't understand our request. Cocktail party hour was good and cocktails were nice but these weren't offered on normal menu. The entertainment at night wasn't really our cup of tea. This mainly was due to it being quiet and very few English spoke guests although could not fault the entertainment team who went out their way to make us included always speaking in both languages and making a point of coming to speak to us. However during the day activities such as archery, water aerobics etc always had us included and joining in and these were good fun. Bebo, casper were lovely but a big shout out to Bruno who really went out his way to ensure we were okay, always chatting to everyone and making them feel welcome. He is a asset to the hotel and team working extremely hard to ensure everyone has a good time and are included. The area was nice and there is the marina, museliam and things all within a quick 5 minute walk. It is not the sort of place I would recommend if looking for the party vibe but perfect for a relaxing vacation with lovely views. We were worried after reading some other reviews but would definetly recommend and go back.

Hello i come to this hotel with my family i find alot beautiful things here specially animation they do alot of fun and partys and alot of good things that made us happy and for restaurant is good too but the food is 50/50 and the service too and about the room i didnt like it is kinda bad but its fine and they have a good pool is so big i enjoyed it so yea bye thank ya for your good work.

Lovely hotel. Great staff, selection of food is awesome but does lack salt The all.inclusive package was great, ubkimited drinks. Meals and pancakes and ice cream in between They Had some good things fir children, although the minidisco was repetitive. Animation team were cool and socialble despite the language barriers Staff In general were great, and made u feel welcome. Wassim at reception was great to deal with, the luggage porter was lovely, the older guy making the omlettes in the morning was so lovely. They younger manager in charge of the meals was great and the bar team were lovely. Only reason fir the 4 star is the AC wasn't working whilst there so rooms did get very warm in the night. The pools were fun and so was the aquapark

Nous avons découvert cet hôtel via des amis habitués (merci à Mehdi et Leila) Un hôtel avec un potentiel incroyable, beaucoup de charme, taille humaine donc très reposant pas énormément de monde et pendant la saison c'est vraiment un plus. L'hôtel est très bien pour les familles il fait bon y vivre, le personnel est à l'écoute très serviable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'espace piscine il y a en pour grand et petit sous la surveillance permanente du maître nageur. Vraiment un hôtel simple minimaliste et qualitatif qui se démarque de ce qu'on peut voir dans le coin J'encourage fortement toute l'équipe de l'hôtel Les Palmiers et nous reviendrons c'est certain.
