Great location and great service

The only problem I found was,the water didn't get hot,it was luke warm. Other than that,everything else was great. Will be staying again.

Great place to stay for a night for Mardi Gras Ball. Room is clean and quiet. Although the one we stayed in could use some work on the walls of the bathroom.

No wash cloths in the bathroom. Tile was broken and paint was peeling in bathroom. Stain on pillowcases. I would not stay there again

We had a nice stay. They are in the process of changing flags from Holiday Inn to Comfort Inn when we stayed so there were repairs and upkeep being made. The biggest issue we had was that our wheel chair accessible room had a really low toilet that made it really hard to get on and off and there was a bathtub and not a shower. It appears that the room was just a larger room that made it easier to get around in wheelchair but no other accessibility features other than a lighted door bell. Otherwise, the room was nice, clean, had a microwave and refrigerator and comfortable beds.

Rooms vary greatly from photos and the rooms had a musty smell. Pull out couch was stained and in poor condition. Breakfast options were very limited as they had a cereal bar but no milk, one yogurt option, undercooked omelettes.

Stay was fine, Bed Comfortable. Breakfast offerings were adequate. No issues for the two nights,

Check-in was awkward. There was a $100 deposit, which is not unusual but it was handwritten and not mentioned in the original booking. Customer service was lacking when confronted. We checked in and then 2 days later there was a second $100 deposit. When I asked the front desk they said it wasn’t them, despite my bank statement saying otherwise. The first room we were sent to was HIGHLY chemical-smelling. I mean, sure, I guess that could mean it was cleaned, right? Went to the front desk to let them know there wasn’t bedding for the pull out couch and the employee responded in a snarky tone that we didn’t ask for them (despite reserving a room for 4 guests). But then we opened up the pull out couch and it was covered in pink stains. We asked to be moved and the second room also has the chemical smell but not as bad, thankfully. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast - but the eggs were delicious! I could eat them regularly! The seating needs to be reupholstered. They were nice and trying to keep up with having stuff refilled but the one awkward moment was when they were kicking people out of breakfast and I didn’t think anything of it because it was after 9:30am, when breakfast was over, until I realized it was the weekend and the sign on the wall specifically stated 10am. There were huge storage units in the parking lot (assuming for the switch from one hotel brand to another), watch out for the steep driveway when exiting the parking lot you’ll bottom out!

There were children or someone running upstairs above our room. The noise was severe--we complained every night. There were some guests that requested a move within the hotel. Breakfast was served but was very sp****.
