Schloss Mittersill never disappoints. The setting is breathtakingly beautiful and restorative. The food is healthy with unique and fresh options day and night. Lovely for a couple or for the entire family (imagine waking up in a castle every morning). The staff are courteous, kind and helpful.

Have you always wanted to celebrate your birthday like a queen or king? Your wish can come true at Schloss Mittersill! I had my 42nd birthday in this beautiful place. And everything is wonderful! On my birthday, Schloss was surprised me at breakfast time with prosecco and a delicious cake. They were also preparing a special table and decorating it with beautiful flowers. I felt so so special at that moment! We stayed for two nights at Gina Lollobrigea Suite, one of the 10 Suites at Schloss. The suite is so amazing, the view from the balcony also spectacular. We had a big terrace and we can enjoy our afternoon time in that place. The bathroom room is also beautiful, I love it so much. The dinner was exceptional and the service great. We have enjoyed it so much! Nothing to complain about it! Another interesting thing about Schloss Mittersill is the hidden places around the Schloss! It's like a secret adventure! Don't forget to take their tour in which they explain the history of the castle. The last that you must do is when you have a holiday here in the wintertime. Try their heated pool! That's so amazing! You can enjoy warm water but feel the cold temperature on your face. Super fantastic place! Amazing & large room, beautiful view, friendly service, delicious dinner & breakfast, enjoyable spa & pool - what else can you dream of? Would be happy to return someday!

Absolutely untrustworthy - the hotel canceled a 6 months ago confirmed booking just 4 weeks before the date because they had the opportunity to hire the rooms to a larger group. So unprofessional and opportunistic behavior you rarely see. And certainly not in a high class hotel which they claim to be.

Just rated average the restaurant as was a very disappointing let down beefing offered a five item menu. But hotel wise the room was perfect bed very comfortable shower and bathroom very good with perfect water pressure shower - breakfast was outstanding and staff very Corteous. Location a bit distant from our destination but cannot recommend enough.

Super schönes Anwesen, tolles historisches Ambiente, Detail verliebte Deko und wunderschöne Floristik. Den Spa hatten wir quasi für uns allein, da so großzügig gestaltet. Der Outdoorpool ist auch im Herbst wunderbar. Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal an der Rezeption. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr liebevoll, bis in das letzte Detail restauriertes Schlosshotel. Die historischen, alten Elemente mit angenehmen, modernen Wohnkomfort gekonnt verschmolzen. Ein aufmerksames, freundliches und kompetentes Personal.

Die Zimmer, der Zimmerservice, das gesamte Team waren topp. Das Frühstücksbüffet war außerordentlich - auch hier ein toller Service. Was der Küchenchef am Abend auf die Teller zauberte sucht seinesgleichen. Der SPA-Bereich war ansprechend und sehr sauber; entspannen kann man sich vor Panoramafenstern oder im Freien mit tollem Ausblick.

Wir haben dort im Juli eine Suite gebucht, Anfang September für 14 Tage. HEUTE rief man uns an und teilte uns mit, dass das Hotel überbucht sei und man maximal für eine, statt für 2 Wochen etwas anbieten könne. Was für ein grandioses Management. Ob das in allen Beteichen so klappt?

Super, je merkt aan alle kanten dat ze er alles aan doen om het je naar het zin te maken. Wanneer je het hier niet waardeert vind je het nergens. Service, bediening, kamers en eten zijn uitstekend, daarnaast ervaar je een echt ‘slotgevoel’…..
