We stayed for 3 nights in the Reef 2 bedroom apar**ent and it was fantastic. Dena the hostess was very friendly and helpful. The apar**ent had all we needed and more eg. bottled water, variety of coffees etc. Everything was clean and functional. Would highly recommend staying here.

My wife booked the reef view apar**ent for February 14 through Agoda no problems. She then received an email from Dena via Agoda that they had a family health situation and could not honor the booking however the room is still available on other booking websites so I called direct and enquired about the room for that night. Dena advised it was available and was willing to take our booking. I then advised her of our situation. Her first response was didn’t that booking include children and I confirmed no. Not that I understand what difference that would make to the family health situation and not being able to take the booking. Dena explained a surcharge they are getting charged with Agoda and that she is trying to sort that out. So clearly this was the reason she didn’t want to honor our Agoda booking but happy for us to book the same room direct for more money. Had Dena been upfront about the situation in the first instance we would not be writing this review.

This was our second stay at Nautilus and it was like coming home with the warm welcome we received from Dena.
On our first stay we said that she is the hostess with the mostest and that hasn't changed.She will go out of her way to make you happy and comfortable.
The unit is beautiful,spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you would need in your own home, even glad wrap, alfoil etc.
And the cleanliness which we always value the most is spot on! Position is perfect..just about 5 mins stroll to the cafes, shops & beach etc. Warmly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Mission Beach.

Stunning apar**ent. Dena has thought of everything you need. Nice to stay in an oasis like this after hours of sitting in the car. Very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Close to town centre
