"Serviço satisfatório, higiene limpa"

"Revisão de Aquário Infelizmente, estou Muito desapontado com a abordagem do hotel Aquário Ao cliente. Quando percebi que não tínhamos a oportunidade de utilizar este termo, porque acabamos de voltar da nossa férias, não queria desistir da minha estadia, mas mudar a data para Outubro para vir ao hotel no aniversário do meu parceiro. Infelizmente, o hotel rejeitou minha candidatura para UMA mudança de data.Para mim, é completamente incompreensível que não pedi prestações ou reembolsos adicionais. Eu só Queria mudar minha estadia e continuar a utilizar seus serviços. Francamente, ainda não me encontro com UMA abordagem tão flexível para o cliente, especialmente porque, EM vez de perder o cliente, o hotel TEM a oportunidade de manter a reserva e OS hóspedes para outra data. É UMA pena, porque seria suficiente ter um pouco de boa vontade e UMA abordagem humana simples, e depois desta experiência, é difícil para mim recomendar este objeto a outras pessoas."

"Esta foi minha segunda estadia no Miskolc City Hotel. A localização do hotel era perfeita, a apenas 15 minutos a pé do centro da cidade e rodeado por parques arborizados, oferecendo tanto a conveniência da proximidade com a cidade quanto a tranquilidade do parque. O próprio hotel possui uma rica atmosfera histórica e cultural. Os corredores e quartos exibem fotografias antigas de décadas atrás, exalando um senso de história e nostalgia. Como um pequeno hotel boutique, é sem dúvida uma escolha ideal tanto para viagens de negócios quanto de lazer."

"A pensão não cumpriu todas as nossas expectativas. O edifício parece muito bonito do exterior. Estavamos lá com a nossa filha e neta. Em geral, os quartos eram limpos, no exterior há muito ar para cima (plataformas de escadas quebradas, muitas ervas selvagens nas fugas, etc.) . O banheiro era muito pequeno, um pequeno lavatório e nenhuma boa luz, a decoração era muito difícil ...Infelizmente, também não havia pouca possibilidade de armazenamento ou um armário com armaduras. A situação é boa, especialmente porque não era muito longe do restaurante de hambúrgueres e bifes."

"Um BOM hotel com UMA boa localização.Muito perto do centro da cidade.O pessoal é amigável e Muito útil.A sala que ficámos era Muito confortável.Muito pouco ruído Da rua/outros hóspedes.O pequeno-almoço estava bem com algumas opções diferentes. A sauna também era bonita, embora o chão fosse um pouco sujo.Tenha EM conta que a sauna não é apenas para OS hóspedes do hotel, MAS é UMA boa experiência."

"This hotel is situated in a beautiful, picturesque area. Gardens are gorgeous. The inside of the hotel is also quite lovely. There are several attractions nearby (caves, nature walks, the town). If you walk the area, you will notice waterfalls, rivers and lovely little niches, each prettier than the last. The room was a little smaller than we would have liked, but it was clean and, the bed was comfortable. Our window opened up towards the waterfall so it was nice listening to the water at night. Breakfast and dinner were good. Plenty of food and choices, including Hungarian fare. The bar in the common area also served some pretty (and delicious) beverages. The gym, pools, salt room and cold plunges were quite satisfactory and clean. Staff were friendly, efficient and very kind if you needed some information or help. I'd recommend this hotel for its history and the beauty surrounding it."

"I wanted to have a nice family dinner with my husband and kid and came across this Bastya Wellness hotel. We arrived at 7 pm and ordered our appetizers and drinks by 7:15 pm with approximately 10 guests in the restaurant including my family. The server a young woman came across and took our main course order at 7:30. At 8 pm the restaurant only had my family and one other couple left inside. Around 8:10 I proceeded to find someone to figure out what was taking so long with our food. This time I approached a server a young man who responded to me that I should be patient and that the kitchen was busy, which I in turn responded I would’ve been if someone had come over to our table and explained to us what was taking so long and the restaurant is empty. After the young man's response to me, my husband and I decided after a brief discussion to leave, and sure enough, our food arrived at 8:13 pm exactly. While I struggled to eat a well-done steak after I asked for medium rare I spoke to another person who was attached to the hotel whose name is Zolton. I asked Zolton if he was the supervisor and he said no as he continued to listen to my frustration. While we tried to make the best of the meal we were not happy so decided to leave. On our way to pay the bill, we were informed by the same rude server that we got a discount because the food took too long. I would just like to say thank you to Zolton but the restaurant staff need to get their act together."

"O balcão é Muito bom, Muito atmosfera de férias.O alojamento é Muito conveniente. O café Da manhã é geralmente feito, a cama está coberta, há um pequeno restaurante abaixo, e as comidas são Muito convenientes.Mas é surpreendente cobrar impostos de viagem."

"The apartment is located in a nice and quiet area. Our room was ok, but we found clothes left behind from other guests in the drawer and on the floor … bathroom’s window could not be closed properly so the bathtub got dirty after a heavy rainstorm. Room was ok for this price but it was also very loud - which is more an issue with the other guests and not with the accommodation itself."
