We had a bad experience booking online. We booked after midnight and when we arrived at the property the doors were locked for security reasons which is understandable , however when I rang the bell over 5 times no came to the door. I had to call the hotel.We were finally let in to go check in and they did not have a reservation for us in the computer. We had already paid on ******* so we had to contact *******. Unfortunately ******* did not have a phone number to call we had to contact them via email. We were very tired , we had a long drive and wanted to check in quickly since we were leaving to finish our drive in several hours. When we finished checking (30 minutes later) we went to get into our room and the key card didn’t work on the rooom we were assigned so my husband had to go back yo the front desk to get another key. She ended up giving us another room than we were originally assigned . Booking online was supposed to make it easier but instead it made everything more complicated.
