Room facing the river has a good view especially in the morning. It's right next to the waterfront. Traffic is heavy around the area. Not much going on at night.
Room is spacious and beds are comfortable. Would stay here again if I visit Miri in the future.

Stayed at this hotel mostly the last 2 years when im in Miri. Usually I'm happy.
This stay is a little let down.
The room type (2 X executive deluxe king room with sea view) I've booked and paid for were not available when i arrived to check in.

The room is dusty (as per in photo), room given was like unready for next stay in, leftover food in the fridge, hairdryer not in the room. Poor cleanliness.

This is my second time staying in Pullman. The place is nice and clean only problem is that all the lights are pretty dim for someone who wanted to do makeup at night 😅. There are no hair dryers and bath robes when came so we had to call room service to request for it. Room service is not really fast but they delivered.

Hotel is situated in front of delicious seafood restaurant. Room is fine, best if its cleanliness can be improved. We love the lounge and the breakfast options there. The view from lounge is great too.
