The hotel is nice and the room was perfectly clean on both occasions I was there. The staff was fine. The bar was small but had a nice selection of beverages. The location is nice, there are several restaurants and other places nearby. Overall, a good experience.

Close to metro station and opposite of the park which makes it a nice walk. Next to shopping malls and restaurant. Hotel is not brand new and has an antique 70's feel to it which is fabulous. Bed is comfortable and contains all necessary amenities. Nothing bad to say about this hotel- love the souvenir shop which makes things easy should you forget to purchase gifts....all in all- happy with this hotel in beautiful Belarus

We stayed at the hotel not the first time and as always got only positive experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel has restaurant, cafe and bar where you can try different cuisine. The only one thing which was surprising us is broken rain shower head in the room.

I enjoyed my stay, and it was great that you have a mini bar in the room and I just had to pay for the drinks that I only drunk. Very clean room and everything was clean and well organized.😊

Stopped for 8 nights in this hotel (room luxuriant), writing a review on the course of the case. Clear shortcomings: - the air conditioning system does not work in the room, open windows at night. Or did not want. For an infinite period of time we waited for the ordered dishes, tried to find out when they were ready, 35 minutes later the husband brought a boiling soup, 15 minutes later my salad. We left, didn't start eating and wait for the main dishes. I would like to think that this is not a attitude to the guests from Russia, but we came to this sad conclusion. - Horrible blankets, heavy as stone tiles, hot. On two in the room-3 pillows. Other blankets or pads in the hotel are not present. For the price it is really good. We stayed in a family room and it was spacious, with more than enough clothes and stuff storage options. I didn't like the breakfast thougg (served at the cafe next door at extra charge). The area is not in the downtown but easy to commute.

The room is spacious and bright, and it is especially quiet at night. I feel very comfortable here. The breakfast on the first floor is very good, with a full range of varieties. I feel very happy and full every time I eat. The panoramic view restaurant on the 21st floor has a good atmosphere and a lot of delicious food.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in early August. For two nights. Standard room. Well, what can I say? Bed and pillows are comfortable, the sauna is modern, sleep quietly even with open window (street is not central), slippers, coat. Candey is not boring. Clean. Stayed here for nearly one week. It’s a quite new and modern hotel. The luxury rooms were big and spacious. The hotel staff were helpful and nice. The hotel has a big swimming pool and sauna. This hotel has some challenges with coordination of their airport taxi service. I feel the hotel staff can improve in this area, and therefore I give it only 4 stars. For example, I pre-ordered airport pickup from the hotel. When I arrived, no taxi was there and I called the hotel to ask where my taxi was. To be honest, the hotel was perceived as quite uninterested to help. Eventually the hotel gave me the taxis registration number and told me to go out on the parking space and search for it myself!! I felt that was quite rude and unprofessional. Besides, I have never experienced that a traveler is expected to leave the airport and search for the taxi on the parking space. Turned out that the taxi was late and wasn’t even at the airport by that time.

Very good hotel. Before that, we stayed in Minsk in other 5 star hotels, this is the most optimal location. Classic style, lots of trees, large rooms. We had a room with a balcony and view to the city hall. Everything necessary in the room is available. Parking was paid underground, 39 B.R. per day, but you can put a car and opposite the hotel entrance behind the chain, but there are not many places there. Breakfasts didn't take, we love to walk in the cafe. The spa is small on the -1 floor, is included in the cost of accommodation, a couple of times went, the people didn't. The staff of the hotel, from the Swiss to the maids, were very pleased - all friendly, friendly and attentive. Thank you very much for their work!!! It is necessary to return!!!
