It was raining heavily that day, but one of the staff helped to wipe down our luggage when it wasn't necessary and helped to bring it up to the room as we were too early for check-in. When we came back, the luggages were near a heater for quick drying... just a neat detail that we very much appreciated. The dinner and breakfast were one of our most delicious and memorable meals in Japan. Words are not enough to describe it! The outdoor hot spring doesn't have much a view, but it was still nice! Hope I am able to come back and enjoy the ryokan experience again!
