O hotel era muito limpo. Foi muito tranquilo e check in e check out foi muito rápido e feito profissionalmente. O café da manhã era embalado em sacolas preparadas, o que ajudava no distanciamento social. Ficarei aqui novamente.

Very dirty entry way and front seating area
All carpet throughout was filthy and our room carpet and bench were stained and dirty
Bathroom shower head needs to be replaced
Heavy hard water hitting your body is not a comfortable shower
Elevator floor and walls dirty
Would not go back and would ask for refund if not paid for ahead of time
I would have left and found somewhere else to stay

Room was par. Breakfast was not a full breakfast. No coffee in urn when breakfast started. Overall not that best stay at this location at all

The office chair that they had in the room pushed against the table... When sat in it to eat my food. It broke and I fell on the floor. One of the main reason why I chose this place is because of the pool and Hot tub. The front desked closed the pool before we could get in it because it was unclean and maintenence needed to look at it. They said the water was off balanced. The room that we received was for wheelchair accessible. Because of that we were right accross from the employees workroom and could hear everything. I slept horrible. I was only there one night so i ****** it up. I've stayed at that hotel 4 time prior with my kids. But the serivce has gone downhill. Lastly, they charged me twice for incidentals and said it was a a system error. It will take 7 days to return the money.

Dina was absolutely AMAZING!! She was professional, polite and really made it a point to make sure my stay was comfortable. I had a rough experience flying in from Houston in a snow storm and her hospitality really made me feel welcomed.

The check in process was ok. The halls were left with bags of trash from house keeping the first room we were given wasn’t a ready room it was dirty and unsaid. The second room we were give was hot and uncomfortable and we later found a ROACH Crawling around in multiple areas. We got up and left ASAP!! The hotel is infested with roaches dirty and not worth the money at all! The refund process has been a nightmare!!! Please stay away!!!

At first the heat in the room did not work they were Generous and fast in switching rooms but the pool area was very filthy. There was dirty diapers in the pool and it spread all over jacuzzi area as well. The pool water was FREEZING we ask for them to turn on pool heater which we know they have but they refused to turn it on.

A very noisy place between the noisy guests at all hours and the traffic it is terrible. Not a very good breakfast either. They need more staff. DO NOT stay here.
