The room and location were great--the guests were not. Walls were super thing and sounds like there were multiple parties happening. When I complained about the noise to the front desk, they asked me "well what do you want me to do?" Also the morning person for check out was very rude when I asked for a receipt.

The room was dirty. Entry into room was sticky due to spilled soda that had never been wiped up. Carpet has not been vacuumed and the tub someone’s leftover soap and hair. Heat could not be turned on because of the horrible noise. I thought I could trust the reviews. Really disappointed. I will never stay at any Econo Inn again.

You get what you pay for. Broken phone, one bedside light broken, poor noise insulation. Needed to stay for an early rise to get to the airport, so it served the purpose. And a free shuttle service was helpful.

We specifically chose this hotel as it was near the airport and free parking was listed as an amenity. We needed to leave our car there for a week. When we checked in, we were informed that there was a $5/day charge plus tax. When I mentioned the online information he just shrugged. Won’t stay again.

I would NOT classify this as continental breakfast. Coffee and OJ tasted like water and the breakfast was ONLY donuts. 2 of the donuts were in the case when we checked in at 5pm.

Booked this hotel last minute due to a flight delay and needing to stay over night for a morning connection.
Peter at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival at MKE airport I called for their free shuttle service. Their driver Stacy arrived within 10-minutes. Stacy was also very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed talking with her on my rides from/to the airport.
The room was clean and bed/pillows comfortable.

This Econo Lodge is the worst experience in a hotel. Upon arrival the 2 male and female staff members were not supportive of your service indicated they could do better with rates. I was directed incorrectly to wrong best entrance to room given. This location is Milwaukee WI when entered room it was extremely Cold 42 F because the heater was turned off. Turned heater on and left to get dinner was to cold in Room to stay. When I returned and actually turn on more lights the room was not clean. The room Carpet has multiple stains. I check bed sheets they appeared clean, so I stay ( now about 10 pm). When whom ever remolded ( used loosely) the TP dispenser was fastened using dry wall screws. However the screws used were to long and protruded out the outer wall.. clearly this was noted because there was paint on them. Kept my sock's on as walking on floors barefoot did not seem wise

Stayed at this hotel for a night of rest. The room was spacious but I was disappointed to see that the floor was dirty, seemed like it wasn't vacuumed well, the surfaces and the headboard had handprints on them, the bedspread was nasty-it had stains on it, the bedsheets and pillowcases were wrinkly as if they hadn't been washed and replaced. Soap was missing from the provided toiletries and there were some hairs on the sink and bathtub.
