Italian architecture is at the helm of this 5 star property which encompasses 30 accommodations amenities, a Michelin-starred eatery, a cafe-lounge, a compact gym, a brand spanking new rooftop facility and boasts of providing interesting tours. The hotel furnishings, crafted by Italian artisans, echoes the famous works of Milanese sculptors and artists. My room was decked out in 1960's inspired decor. A blend of texture and color with a fusion of glass elements added a streaming effect to the atmosphere. The warm palette of blue, walnut, cream and grey complete with an electrified desk provided a homey feel to the surroundings. The bath had significant appeal with brass fittings and a funky, unusually shaped, double sinks. The Michelin-starred restaurant is the Casa's highlight attraction with it's menu of traditional Italian specials accompanied by a dash of East Asian influences. I fell for the fish (pan-fried crustaceans).............heavenly. So , if you want a small boutique hotel that aims to be your home away from home..............then try the........... First of all, the hotel's environment and facilities are very good. It is the old house of the playwright Verdi, which has a European style. The front desk staff's attitude and standard are first-rate, and they are worthy of standing! Because I was in a hurry to buy a mask before I left, I asked many pharmacies along the way during the day when they were out of stock. In desperation, I went to the front desk of the hotel for help at night. Finally, I found one that was in stock. The uncle at the front desk told me the address of the pharmacy in detail and gave me a map. The gratitude is beyond words! Of course, the flaws are not covered. Two minor issues need to be mentioned. The quality of the kettle in the rooms is slightly lacking, and the breakfast is not rich enough. In addition, this hotel is perfect!

We visited the hotel for a weekend in September. The purpose of our visit was to explore Milan and to attend the Monza Grand Prix. The hotel is in a great location, a short taxi ride from the airport and within walking distance to two train stations and the centre of town. Check in and out was really quick and the staff were so frjendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and really nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet was brilliant, lots of variety and high quality food. We also had a drink in the bar one evening and it was a good atmosphere, service and the drinks we ordered were made well. Overall we felt the hotel was excellent for 4 stars and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury without breaking the bank.

I will choose Vertical Experience Hotel every time I go to Milan! The attitude of the front desk staff is always as welcoming as ever. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite this time. The room has three balconies and exercise equipment for fitness. The bathroom is also super large, which is very suitable for friends to stay when traveling! The location is also great, just a five-minute walk from Chinatown!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Scala hotel from the moment we arrived till the time we checked out. The staff was simply amazing!! Upon our arrival at that hotel, a darling receptionist named Greta greeted us. We had originally booked a superior double room so we asked Greta that we wanted to upgrade to a suite, she as well as her colleague Mathjs quickly accommodated us to a suite with a gorgeous view!! They were both very professional and very kind by going out of their way to help when we needed anything. I would like to mention another wonderful staff member, Rod; I had a reservation at a restaurant not far from the hotel, he literally escorted me so I don’t get lost as I’m not good with maps and directions😔 I mean I’ve never seen anything like this before. Hotel had good breakfast with beautiful live harpist playing which was very soothing, what a great addition. The Hotel is a great location within walking distance to the Duomo, the city center, not far from via Montenapoleone and of course the famous Teatro alla Scala.

We stayed here for three nights in an executive triple room. We were so thrilled with our stay at Hotel Cavour. The staff were so friendly and helpful and our room was so spacious and had everything we needed. Downstairs was slightly dated so when we got out of the lift on the second floor, we were very pleasantly surprised by the modern carpets, lighting and painting.. The room had three beds, a spacious walk in wardrobe and a large bathroom. The balcony was an added bonus. The breakfast was very tasty and again the staff were great. We enjoyed a cocktail most evenings in the bar and they were delicious. It was very convenient to walk to the Duomo. 10 minutes at the most! I look forward to going back to stay at this hotel.

It is perfectly clean and spacy. The bed is comfy. The bed sheets are also very clean. The shower is very powerful even hard to find in many 5-star hotels. Not kidding!!! The air conditioner and the refrigerator are both working perfectly. You can also open your window for fresh air if you want it. The elevator or lift is working perfectly and well maintained. There is also a proper kitchen. Lovely and very helpful people are working there. They are gorgeous, stylish and kind ladies speaking very good English. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions. What else you want?

I recently stayed in Hotel Milano Castello ( 3 weeks ago) and I feel I must this nightmare of an experience. I booked this room fairly last minute and because of it was charged a ridiculous amount (paying 400+) for a hotel room that contained cheap paper-thin towels, little to no bedding, in an all-white room that looked something like holding cell. Nevertheless, this is not why I am writing the review. Apart from the fact that I was being ridiculously ripped off, I want to talk about how the hotel manager kicked me and my boyfriend out of the hotel at 4 in the morning, and tried to force his way into our hotel room (to do honestly I can't imagine what). On July, 29, 2022 we returned to the hotel at around 10 pm sitting in the lobby exchanging quiet conversation about our trip to Milan. Next thing we know the night concierge approaches us, almost seething demanding we explain if we had taken anything from the supply room?? My boyfriend and I looked at each other and then him, dumbfounded as to what in the world he's talking about. He starts trying to follow us to our room, trying to snatch our hotel key away, all the while but of us are trying to explain there must be a miss understanding, as we had nothing to do with missing hotel property–– we found out later another guest had stolen alcohol from the bar. He tried forcing his way into our room, to which my boyfriend objected, screaming at us ”Go f*** yourselves” completely unprovoked. Genuinely seemed as if this man was having a mental breakdown and we happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. He then tells us he's going to turn off the electricity in our room if we didn't leave within 30 minutes. At this point, its almost 2 in the morning and both of us have nowhere to go having assumed we would be staying in our reserved room. The concierge then tries charging us for non-existent items from the mini-bar which we hadn't consumed, and after 20 minutes of back and forth he decides he's not going to charge us for fake charges (what a relief?). After physically pushing us out of the hotel, insisting we must find somewhere else despite having already paid for this night at the hotel. I have never been reimbursed, never been contacted despite having attempted to contact them. In short, I can't believe a hotel with this reputation would allow a person as insane as this (flip-flop wearing) night manager to be apart of their staff.

the apartment is beautifully located in the Brera district, the apartment is spacious, clean, neat and very well equipped (2 TVs with Netflix, music box, fitted kitchen, large bathroom, large bedroom with wardrobes.. etc), there is nothing to complain about and the prices charged are relatively low for the place, But what makes all the difference and which deserves more than 5 stars is the service offered by the reception staff: Eva and Nicoleta are worthy of a service encountered in the best 5-star palaces, these girls are simply unfailingly professional and kind, every detail, request or wish is organized to perfection before, during and after the stay… a big thank you to Eva and Nicoleta, they will be the reason why I will not hesitate for a second to return to this apartment during my next trips to Milan. I spend the majority of my time traveling for work and leisure and I can guarantee that the little details and attention received especially by Eva during check-in mean that I can only thank them and recommend the BeLate apartments in via Tivoli in Milan
