This being the worst experience I have had in a hotel. Tonight I found that there was no water flowing from the taps of my hotel room. I have been waiting over an hour now and no one has gotten back to me from the front desk. On the day I checked in the air-conditioning in my room broke down. Then when I went to order supper at the restaurant, it took them more than 1 hour to bring my meal and his happen consistently for two nights. I just stopped eating from here. I have never seen such a hotel in my life. Please spare yourself the drama.

Only thing missing is a proper working bar/restaurant near the pool. The current one is not operating. Also the wifi speed is very slow. There is ample parking, the pool area is nice. The beds are very comfortable

This was my first stay and I will be back. The service and professional approach from the staff were top class and the food was delicious. Even though the hotel was full, service didn't suffer and both the breakfast and food items off the menu were great value for money. Rooms were neat, tidy and comfortable and perfect for a two night stay. I will certainly be back, as the whole experience was great value for money.
